This clinic is great. The team is super helpful and kind. I came in for a dental appointment and my son had to use the walk-in clinic. The doctors are also super thorough and taking the time to listen.Dr Jihyun Lee (dentsit) was very compassionate and kind and Dr. Ted Dong-Guo was very thorough, patient and kind.

I greatly recommend this place to others. They have everything you need - from efficient medical doctors and staff, friendly and helpful pharmacists, very skilled physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and other rehab/wellness staff, thorough dentists and dental hygienists, to knowledgeable ophthalmologists and optometrist. They have it all and I’ve seen them all. Nothing but great experience with each and every department. Keep it up!

This walk-in clinic has essentially achieved what the Ontario and Federal governments have been striving to do for the last decade: providing a reliable, fast, best-in-class and available health care system. The only thing i’d improve in this clinique would be encouraging the doctors and pharmacists to act nicer and friendlier.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. I came here for a walk-in appointment and the whole process was extremely smooth. I came and I immediately felt good energy just from looking around since it was very clean and tidy, and I was also greeted warmly by the staff. I went to the desk and told them I’m here for a walk-in and they helped me out. After seeing the doctor, I went to the pharmacy for a prescription and they also helped me out very kindly. The whole process finished in less than an hour.I am overall highly satisfied, and I will definitely recommend this clinic.

I want to strongly commend the receptionists Karen and Mikey for their quick, compassionate and thorough care when I came in the other day. I was having a health crisis that was affecting me on a mental level but Karen and Mikey were so kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and helped me to calm down. I cannot thank them enough. All of the staff were kind to me that day and have always been.

My neighbor recommended this clinic to me when I was complaining about its hard to find a family doctor. Me and my family went here a few times for walk-in clinic/urgent care, the appointment time is super on time, doctor is helpful too. I also like the clinic environment, clean and new. Definitely recommend.

Staff is so helpful and friendly! My family doctor is no longer there, but they were able to accommodate me for a Walk-in. It was one of the most efficient I’ve ever been too. Great service!

I would highly recommend Health One. Not only is it extremely convenient having many healthcare providers in one office, the staff are great. We have recently gone for rehab services (chiropractic care, physio, massage and acupuncture), eye tests and walk-in medical care. Everyone is friendly and very professional. Our family will continue to visit Health One for our healthcare needs.

I've been visiting this clinic for a while now and it was always my go to walk-in clinic. Yesterday I visited again for an annual check up and I patiently waited for 45 min to see a doctor, I understood they were busy. However, when I finally was called for my turn, Dra Shirin Ravani for some reason questioned me why I need a blood work, making it sound that I don't need it. Felt more like an interrogation than talking to a doctor...I was really frustrated because she didn't even let me talk properly and our session was done in just 5 min.The receptionist and the technician on the other hand were really kind and I appreciated their hard work.
