Walmart Supercentre

Worst online-order experience, twice. The customer service is hilariously bad (to remain polite). Their only noteworthy skill is to make everything possible so you can never escalade the issue nor talk to a higher authority/supervisor.Long story short : never try to have an upright feezer (or anything else for that matter) delivered by them.

I went to pick up yarn, they have a nice assortment for choice, not.as many as I'd hoped but good enough for my needs.

Your customer service horrible , you transferred me to about 15 departments. Very rude attitude towards us. Can't even give me an answer plus of of the girl hangs up on me like ? I don't understand! 'IF YOU DONT LIKE YPUR JOB QUIT. '

I couldn't get used to the new system. I don't like being my own cashier. I'm a vegetable buyer and I don't like to find and weigh their codes all the time. Calling the employee to pay cash. I don't like how they're sullen when I say I'm going to pay cash.

Generally okay service (I use the grocery pick up option) Staff are friendly but sometimes they don't pick good items. Ex: they once gave me a bag of lettuce that had no air in it so it was not fresh, and today they gave me this old bag of oatmeal as shown on photos. If they would pay better attention to the items picked, I would give them 5 stars cause they're great for everything else.

Ill never ever shop this store self check employee treat us like theft after understanding her mistakes she just walk away.

They have great prices and a good variety of things to buy. They have a bakery and it's pretty awesome.Not sure what else I could say about a Walmart but the one issue I consistently had here were stocking issues. I don't understand how entire sections are empty when I drop in at to grab a few urgent items. Especially in the morning, how do you open up with empty bins/trays? The staff seem relatively competent so it must be a staffing issue. Walmart should have enough staff around to ensure their customers don't leave without things they need and buy it somewhere else.

it's a big Walmart. I like to go do my shopping there. They always have good prices. Don't go on saturday or sunday most of the things are usually gone. Go on week days

In December I made a Christmas purchase at this store, the problem arose when I realized that I did not have the ticket, I got all the credit card information, with the exact time and the exact amount of the receipt and I went to Walmart located in Chomedey (that was closer to my place) , to see if they could help me to recover the ticket, they told me yes, but I had to go to the same store where I made the purchase.So I went there, exclusively for this, and was surprised to see that they do not have the same policies as the other store located in Chomedey, which I found very weird because I thought Walmart would have customer service policies in general.I know it is my responsibility as a customer to keep the receipt for a future exchange and if I lose it I´m subject to the policies of each company, but what does not seem right to me is the bad disposition of the people there, including the manager who had 0 disposition to help or try to find a solution, She even told me: How do I know that you bought it here and not from somewhere else, and now you are bringing it here to return it?These words of the store manager left me very surprised and upset, being treated practically as a liar.Fortunately, after a few days I founded the receipt and I returned the product at Walmart, but at the Chomeday store, not that one, because I am not going back there anymore.

Went to the hair salon at this Walmart and there was one hairdresser named Zafiria who did an amazing job cutting my hair. Without her this salon wouldn't be the same. A lot of my acquaintances go see her too now. She does fantastic work for the price. A+ Highly recommend her!!!
