It was extremely disappointing experience. I drove an hour and a half into the city to have my hitch installed onto my vehicle at the appointed time I was given, only to find out that my hitch wasn’t in stock. The people at the store tried to indicate that it was my fault for miss understanding, because I was supposed to wait for another phone call when the product was in stock. This was no where indicated to me by any email, phone conversation or on the website, prior to my appointment. My hitch is STILL NOT INSTALLED. This was a huge disappointment because I was supposed to go camping and could take my bikes with me and the family. It also means I have to set aside another hour and a half drive (one way) to get my hitch (that I already paid for) installed on another day.
