I had westside gutters repair my gutters in the spring. In the fall I noticed one gutter leaking and they came promptly to repair the gutter at no cost. Wonderful service

We are delighted with their project. We had problems with our gutter, and every time it rains, from the roof and we know there is something wrong with our gutters. We look and we look but there was no one who can actually fix it until we found “West Side Gutters”. The owner, Peter, went to our house and inspect and he pointed out some areas needed to repair. We had an unusual major snowfall and then the temperature dropped causing our gutters to freeze. We had an ice dam! Chris came to our place within 24 hours and on Christmas eve he released the ice dam and was able to repair the area from further damage. Due to the ice dam, the damage inside the house was very serious, and without Chris' expert service and problem solving abilities, it would have been much worse. Sam, one of their employees, managed the project at our home and he was extremely professional and responded quickly to all our questions or concerns. Back in October, we contacted Westside Gutters for a quote on fixing our 40+-year old leaky gutters. We'd received quotes from a variety of companies who offered to diagnose the cause of our problem, propose a solution and cost estimate. The options we were given ranged from sublime to ridiculous, and costs ranged from the high hundreds to more than $11,000. All we wanted was a simple repair that anyone with an extension ladder and a tube of silicone could accomplish. Frustrated by the lack of consideration for what we wanted versus what they were trying to sell, we contacted Westside Gutters and hoped they'd find a reasonable way to fix our problem. Chris came by the next day and took a look. He said that the fix was straightforward because our gutters were in good shape and just needed the seams sealed. Beyond that, he suggested several other solutions including the installation of leaf guards to eliminate the need to clean the gutters as frequently as we had been. It took me no time to choose the repair that would best meet our needs. Chris added us to their schedule and within a couple of weeks, we were all set for Winter! Chris and Jesse were fantastic to work with—professional, considerate and courteous. Jesse finished the work in a couple of days (in bad weather, too!). Each day he provided an update on the project and left the work site spotlessly clean. We couldn’t have wished for a better group of folks to work with. It was a pleasure.

I highly recommend Westside Gutters. They installed a new gutter and downspout as well replaced a downspout at my home. Prior to the work they went over the options as where to place the downspout. The work was done efficiently and I am very pleased with the result. They also cleaned the other gutters. Westside Gutters were pleasant to work with and I would use them again in the future.

Westside Gutters is the best company to deal with. I called for a repair and they came the next day and fixed everything. They are reliable and cost effective. If you need your gutters replaced or repaired don't use anyone else.

Our family wanted to install gutter guard to our gutters. After talking to several companies, we decided to go with Westside Gutter. It was hands down the best decision we've made.From the start the communication was smooth and transparent. Becky got back to us promptly checking the type of service we were looking for and mentioning about their availability because it was a busy season.After a couple of weeks of waiting, Chris came over and did the assessment. He took the time and checked our gutter very thoroughly, and identified several gutter aging problem. He also gave us the estimate along with different options, he's also very transparent in terms of how they charge for the work.We had to wait a bit to have the crew to start, mainly because of the weather. However the wait wasn't that bad, in fact I was surprised they show up around the timeline they told us during the estimate!The crew, Peter, Sam and another gentlemen (sorry didn't get his name), showed up on time and worked very diligently. Originally the project was estimated to be two days, but they managed to finish it day one! They even took extra the mile by doing some work that wasn't in the scope of the project just to make sure we have a good working gutter system.The experience working with Westside Gutter was amazing that I wish there could be more companies in Vancouver like them. Fixed a leaking gutter corner and installed leaf guards.Company was very good in e-mail communications and came to do the work on the promised day.. They explained what they were going to do without any up selling. I highly recommend this company!
