John Boyd.... lifesavers. Excellent and very prompt service. I was also impressed with the knowledge of the staff. He explained to me the issue and guided me on some preventive maintenance. I recommend JBM a million times over!

He made an appointment with me promised he would be there at the customer's house the following week I went to the customer's house waited for him called him several times never call me back very irresponsible I give him a poor rating
