They are not professional and take one side of parent. They pass judgements without knowing the circumstances. Also their staff is not trained at all. In the parents absence, children should be kept away from them as they are harsh with them.

Worst company ever. The staff treat parents like criminals. They talk about you on their phones during your visit right in front of eveyone. This agency should not be allowed to be around children at all. Their employee reviews from former employees are pretty bad too.

Donna a staff member that transports my children to the Inglewood office assaulted my four-year-old daughter on August 4, I had to wait until August 11 to speak to anyone about what had happened on August 4 upon attending a meeting held on August 11th at the Inglewood office the Director, donna, the young woman in charge of level three supervision, and my case worker were present I was not called to the office for them to reflect on the aggression displayed to my daughter I was there for them to belittle and degrade me and for them to go over the rules and regulations again as if I am breaking them (which I am not). I became irritated during the meeting as to my understanding I believed I was there to discuss what had happened on August 4 but nobody wanted to discuss what happened, they had coffee, muffins, and sparkling water on the table upon arrival (to me it seemed like it was a bribe) like “we are the government and we can get away with abusing your children and will do it with a smile on our face and then sweeten you up with coffee, muffins, and sparkling water”!When I reenacted August 4th’s events and the way that Donna had treated me and my children the Director then looked Donna right in the eyes and shared a laugh with Donna, the abuser did not have to answer for abusing a four year old! (The Director during the meeting stated way out of context that she has brown children, I turned to her and said that’s racist and she scoffed at me)(On August 4 when the staff members came downstairs after I blew things out of proportion calling for them to come back downstairs that this woman is assaulting my daughter, this young woman dressed very provocatively came downstairs and stared at my breast I had to speak out and tell her “excuse me can you please not stare at my boobs” she scoffed at me, but looked away)I have lost my rights as a mother for standing up for my children for speaking out against neglect and abuse we have received all forms of abuse from this woman Donna since she has been put on the file my son stated to me “ mom I’m going to act like I trust them but mom I do not“.My son has stated to me that his biggest wish is to be back at home with me and they have taken away my rights as a mother when I advocated what my son had said to me. They have used the fact that I am indigenous against me countless times they are nothing besides racist narcissists who get paid for abusing and destroying families!

The worst in-home support company ever. They are not part of the BBB, and ARE NOT part of Social Services! Very few of their staff are trained and they are very unprofessional.
