Neat place to visit, especially when it is not busy. Gaudy and colourful. Super place to get inexpensive greeting cards. Despicable Me seems to be a Scrooge-like character, have to check him out !

Unprofessional staff, just passing comments unnecessarily....MAY BE LACK OF TRAINING...IF YOU GUY HAVE ITEMS DISPLAYED AS QUICKIES ( ENERGY BARS OR DRINKS), ALL YOU SHOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT THE CUSTOMER IS GETTING THEM BILLED OR NOT, EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER HAS OPENED ANY POP OR CHIPS WHILE PICKING ITEMS FROM AISLES TO ADD THEM TO HIS CART.NOT UNNECESSARILY, PASSING COMMENTS!!IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY RULE FOR NOT OPENING POP OR QUICK SNACK INSIDE YOUR STORE , MENTION IT ON THE DOOR OR ONTHE REFRIRATOR HOLDING THEMKEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!!LACK OF TRAINING AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I picked up wrong batteries but I was still in the store and wanted to exchange but they didn’t let me even exchange and even while I was still in the store. Shame on the dollarama policy and the guy manager was rude. I will never shop in this branch and will avoid at all cost buying from dollarama.

Sold me a faulty giftcard and won’t give me back my money. Told me after I was paying for the card that there was a problem with their system and the gift cards weren’t working properly. Customer service was terrible and the manager was very unprofessional and had zero empathy. How hard is it to give a simple refund?

Clean store, always well stocked. I like visiting this location. Staff is considerate as well. Has a big parking lot.
