I hired Bryce to develop my website several years ago as well as produce a short video and was very happy with the results. Since then I have called on Bryce to help me fix issues accessing files and data. We even had a Mac computer that we couldn't access due to not knowing the passcode. I took it into a specialist with Apple and was told he can't break it. Some how Bryce worked his magic and figured it out.

We locked ourself out of our iMac and had forgotten our password. We took it to several different computer stores which none of them could find a solution for. Bryce helped us out by resetting the password. Bryce was friendly and very helpful.

I was running out of memory on my MacBook Pro and it just didn’t make sense! I was unable to fix it after trying several things. Bryce was able to analyze and fix the problem in a timely manner. His fee was very reasonable and he saved me a ton of money if I had to replace my laptop. I would highly recommend Bryce.
