Great experience with the BigSteelBox services. Arrived as promised, the 20' container was received very clean and in a good condition. Delivered and installed at the required spot with leveling, as instructed. I'm very happy with a beginning of our interaction! Looking forward to receive a container in the new home. My move was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff at both the Winnipeg and Kelowna depots were very understanding and worked with me to rearrange the schedule. The box was delivered on time with not a single item damaged. I have actually recommended you two a couple of colleagues already. Thanks for making the move so seamlessly.

They are great, this office in Winnipeg took care of our move from Winnipeg MB to Hope BC. We did not have an address to move into when we had to be check out of our home so we chose Big Steel Box to handle our move because it was inexpensive to hold our belongings in Storage until we were ready to unload it into our home.They are friendly and very helpful. One thing to note, when we called and asked about how a piano would stand up to being transported by them they did not really know because no one has given feedback on hauling pianos with them. We had 2 pianos in our Big Steel Box and they travelled very well. Nothing in our box received any damages from being transported halfway across the country.I recommend Big Steel Box to anyone who are looking at moving household belongings. It is convenient, the honour their estimates, they will do what it takes to keep their customers satisfied.

We were moving out of province, haven researched other companies that do similar business, Bigsteelbox met our needs in terms of budget, scope of what we wanted, time frame for delivery and especially trustworthiness. No extra hidden charges, what is invoiced is what you pay. .

We moved in August from Winnipeg to London, Ontario. We were very stressed about the logistics of moving all of our things cross-country. We looked at many moving companies but felt great anxiety over the dismal reviews, inability for a specific pick-up schedule, and the price.Doing some looking into shipping containers for moving I called several places for quotes. PODs provided a low quote on their website, and then when I talked with a rep they wouldn't honour their quote, and the new quote that they provided (through a subsidiary) was almost double what the other one was.From the moment I contacted BigSteelBox I felt confident that our possessions were being handled by a team of caring professionals. EVERY point of contact were patient, knowledgeable, and polite. I truly felt like they were on our team. We were able to schedule our pick-up and delivery and they arrived AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! The quoted price was exactly what we paid.While we aren't planning a significant move any time soon, I'd go with BigSteelBox in a heartbeat!I can't recommend them enough!

Conducted a residential move. Our experience in BC was excellent but once we were in MB the companies performance fell flat. An error on their end led to delayed delivery (multiple days) which led to additional living expenses with no compensation. Requests to access our container in storage went unanswered and promises were not upheld. Would recommend a professional moving company to people considering this option.

I rarely write reviews as I find the service nowadays sub-standard. This company however exceeded my expectations. We had an unusual request for a wedding on our property North of Winnipeg that they accommodated immediately. They dropped off and picked up the until without leaving as much as a blade of grass disturbed. From the customer service to the billing to the delivery guy, this company set a gold standard for me and my family how businesses should treat customers. Thank you for everything and I will 100% recommend your service to anyone that asks.

The people at Big Steel Box totally exceeded our expectations but more importantly we always felt like they were there to help us. The professionalism of the booking desk to our drivers picking up and dropping off were all so happy. And yes I mean happy to be working at BSB.Truly a first class organization and from what I heard from the employees it is how they are treated from the top down that makes it such a great place to work.Keep up the great work! Excellent customer service. Super fair price. All deliveries made on time (or even early than expected, what was great!). The drivers were amazing. I definitely recommend! Thanks guys.

We hired the BigSteelBox to deliver our personal stuff in an specific day. We endup paying 400$ more to include this service. The company did not fulfill the contract with us. Delivery our stuff a week later witch general an extra cost for my family of around 600$. During this process, we called them several time to know the status of our shipments, just due the fact that I need to call them to be aware of what was going on is already shown the professional they are, but they also didn't not reimbursed the extra money we pay for a specific delivery day and the extra money we spent due to their mistakes. We ended up losing 1000$ due to their poor service. That is too much for a family.
