What a great company! The staff are friendly and everyone is so helpful. Every building you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcoming smile by their receptionist. Not to mention how much fun all their residents seem to have. Did I mention the fresh baked goods?! I would move anyone of my family members into any of their Signatures Retirement Communities.

It is hard to believe that I have been with Signature Retirement Living for almost four years already. Time has flown by and it's been incredibly rewarding to be a part of the grand opening of Signature's LaSalle Park Retirement Community. It was great to watch the building come to completion, welcoming new residents into what is now a warm and comfortable community for all of our residents, their families and our staff. Signature's Services Guarantee and commitment goes beyond the experience provided for residents. As a staff member, I enjoy coming to work every day not just to the beautiful surroundings, but also to the culture that is created by Signature that makes staff feel appreciated and valued.

Signature Retirement Living has a very welcoming and friendly staff. When I walk into any of their properties I feel a sense of community. The residents are smiling and are engaged in an activity. If I had to choose a retirement community for my family member, I would choose a Signature Property.

Walking into a Signature Property you are always greeted graciously by welcoming concierge staff and directed professionally and appropriately. The residents are treated with the utmost respect and their privacy is paramount in all dealing. The Signature Vibe is positive, friendly and resident focused in all regards. Oh and the food! The food is unreal! Five star retirement dining. Book a tour. You will not be disappointed.

Bad company to work for. They don't care about their employees. The pay is lousy, not competitive, and less than with other similar companies. The only upside is that their facilities are new and therefore look good, but that's about it. If you need a job then work for this company, but it's not worth staying with them for too long.

I have worked at one of Signature's smaller residences for more than six years and still feel I am part of a great team, and a wonderful company. Our residents are happy and full of compliments about staff and the great lifestyle they enjoy. I go home lighthearted and part of the reason for that is the excellent and supportive culture that extends right through to our head office.

Signature Retirement Living offers the highest level of services to the seniors in their communities. I have had the pleasure of working at 2 of Signatures properties over a duration of 7 years, I look forward to coming to work every day just as I did when I first started. The kind surroundings created by the staff, residents, and their families is felt by anyone who walks in the door.
