We pursued other quotes as well, Sarsons got back to us the fastest and with 3 options for our house. They removed our old Furnace and AC and installed a conversion to Propane from Electric and our New AC that has run flawless!Thank you for the great work.

I've dealt with Sarson's since 2014 and they have never let me down! They are efficient at getting quotes for the larger jobs and totally responsive on those scary leaking water emergencies. Pleasant and helpful office staff. I recently had an under the sink leak. I called Sarsons at 8:11 and their guy was at my house (a 20 minute drive from their location) in less than half an hour. I got a service call about an intermittent heating problem with my Mitsubishi ductless unit, the tech came, said we needed to clean filters- that were already clean and he didn't know what else to do...I paid for nothing changed...it got warmer and then this winter when it got cold, the problem surfaced again.Another tech came and spent an hour and a half trouble shooting the ductless units, then came to the conclusion that the heat pump needed to be cleaned- which he did...$200 charge for something the first tech should have remedied ...I am not paying for unprofessional work.Manager said he is sending bill collectors after me- go ahead

I called Sarsons to service and repair our heat pump which wasn't working. Got an appointment for a week or so later. The technician came and checked the unit and said everything was fine. Then when he was trying to check the pressures he said the thermostat wasn't working (it had been working just fine up until then) he changed the thermostat, said everything was fine, gave us a bill for +$500 ( $59 for the new thermostat and $50 for a new capacitor that I requested he change) and labour. He was here for four hours. The unit worked for 20 minutes and then quit. The same way it had been acting before he arrived. So I spent $450 and accomplished absolutely nothing. I contacted Sarsons by email and was told to call them to discuss. I phoned several times, they never answer their phone and won't return my calls. Their website says they guarantee their work for a year. I wouldn't recommend this company for anything.

We had a ductless heat pump installed this spring, and have been very happy with it. The technician was very friendly and thorough. The Sarson's main office has been great in guiding me through the rebate process. We are so happy with them that we got them to install a water softener, and we recommended them to our friends who also needed HVAC work. We have had several other tradespeople doing work at our place (painter, plumber, electrician, etc.) and Sarson's is the only one who has not had to come back and fix mistakes. Thank you!
