Customer service was fantastic, very welcoming and funny fellow. Helped us ship out 30+ large packages with no problems. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Service was fast and the guy at the front desk was really nice to us. He made everything quick and easy which helped with process of our passport photos being retaken.

I am the owner of Snap Junkies, an online interchangeable Snap Jewelry store. I was using Staples for my printing needs until the one day I needed something printed asap. Staples said they could not accommodate. I usually wait but that day I needed it. I called UPS and they said Yes we print" come on over! The quality is comparable if not better at UPS than Staples and the pricing by far is better at UPS. Customer service is always good as well. UPS has printed business cards and post cards and they also print all my Snap Charm prints. Never disappointed."

Adil is great and the store has always been welcoming. I did the a passport photo here and he made sure I was happy with the outcome. Great location! Totally recommend.

I love this store! Adil is a very kind, humble, professional and knowledgeable gentleman who always takes great care in serving his customers from all backgrounds. I have dealt with two employees at his absence, both the ladies were very polite and professional. I particularly appreciate their kindness towards kids and elderly people, which a lot of young people lack. They do things fast, but even within that you can feel that touch of care. If no one else waiting, I have seen Adil having a warm chat with the customers. It brings back that small town friendly store vibe which is hard to find these days. That is why sitting here in Africa during my winter vacation, I am writing this review of a visit there three months back.What I find most helpful is great service at lower price. Passport photos, fax, mailing are three services I have received so far and I am very pleased with them.

The single employee working at the time efficiently and effectively handled multiple customer interactions and expedited many of their inquiries all at once. I was absolutely impressed with the service. Fantastic job! Thank you for being so great at what you do!

I have sent large items from this location multiple times. On every occasion it has been Adil, the owner, behind the desk. Adil goes above and beyond to try and help his customers.Every once and a while you encounter a business where the experience is so positive that you wonder why you would consider going anywhere else. Adil’s UPS location is one of these businesses. The man works hard to provide solid customer service and deserves this positive review. Thank you, Adil.

Over charged for sending a package back too amazon by adil bintory owner 10.00 for a passport photo with digital copy i was never there for. When i came back asking for a new receipt he tried to make up some service fee of 3 dollars and 30 cent a sheet stating the this is own company and this is what he charges and always has ive been here before and was never charged that he says that person he will speak to about the wrong charge of 30 cent a sheet. Avoid this place and stop doing business with ppl that take advantage that u are busy and not looking. He never rang it up on a till just the debit machine when asked for a receipt the one below is what i got. Not what i came for but then tried to find away to make it equal to the 10 fee he charged me

I went to this store yesterday and I never had such disgusting experience since I came to Canada. There was a muslim guy (Maybe he’s the owner)he was so rude without any reason. I asked him what kind of envelope and label do I need to parcel my document and his reply was “I think it’s first time you came to canada and sending some parcel” in a rude tone. His customer service doesn’t even deserve one star rating. I was there about to fill the form and he commented “Learn how to stand”. I mean what the hell, how could you talk to a customer like that and if you don’t know how to deal with customers go and find another job that suits your personality. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.
