These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with my shed and I was. Well build and beautiful.

We ordered from Georgina location and are happy with the product. We are sending this to let Scott know that his 2 workers, Carson and Pete, are the best. They delivered the shed/garage on time and expertly manuvered it around to the location without destroying the grass and trees. They worked together without any verbal fighting and where still friends at the end. Scott, you have 2 excellent employees.

My wife and I recently purchased a 12 X 24 garage (The Classic) from Woodtex in Brantford and would like to say it was a wonderful experience.To start with Scott was extremely pleasant to deal with, he is knowledgeable of his product as well as the competitors.He came to our house to see where it was going to go, we went over the designs and options, price and delivery.He delivered on time as promised!"We have looked at many other suppliers

We custom ordered a garage shed from Scott. On the day of delivery the man door would not shut and lock properly. When we mentioned this to Scot he said to let the shed settle first.So we did. This did not change a thing. So after several calls, text to Scott he sent someone from service. They inspected the door. They Took pictures. Did a temporary fix so we could lock the shed properly and told us he would let Scott know the door was installed wrong and would need to be replaced. Scott has had a conversation with us saying he would replace it and nothing has been set up. After many more attempts to speak with Scott with no response we spoke with his wife. Scott than reached out and said he would get back to us. Now again Scott will not respond to our calls and texts.We spent a lot of money for this shed. It is a 12x24 garage shed. We bought this from The Red Shed Co expecting good quality and customer service. We are at a loss now on how to get this problem resolved.

We were looking at building a backyard office at our new home to get my daughter some space for her small craft business. After reviewing the information on the web site, we completed a contact form and Red Shed were happy to meet with us to discuss our unique needs. We ordered a 12x20 shed that would be completed so it could be used for four seasons, would have countertops and drawers, and a special cubby for cutting boards. We asked to have a floor, the walls insulated, electrical, and HVAC. The team at Red Shed helped us through the process, and after a bit of back and forth, we confirmed our order.The process did take a long time as construction materials started to get hard to obtain with the pandemic and the challenges with remote deliveries. But, when the time came to arrange a delivery window, we were ready.The delivery process was meticulous and the installers made sure we were absolutely satisfied with the location of the building. They then confirmed that all doors and windows worked as any slight twist during the moving could stop a door from opening.We did have a slight installation miss - a missed piece of trim - but Red Shed assured us the trim would be fixed as soon as they can.Overall, I am very pleased with what has been delivered and would definitely recommend them to others that need a backyard office.

I had bought a shed in November of 2019 the opening for the walkout was on the wrong side I have been try to make a date to come and fix it but now no response for reasons I am not aware of the owner will not return my calls or texts so it is very frustrating hope that people buying one from them make sure that everything is done and the way you want it before payment is completed.
