We had a great experience with Bash.We purchased an appliance Wednesday and it was delivered by Friday afternoon. Delivery team was lovely as well. Bash has checked with us along the way and even sent us a message after a couple days to ensure everything was running smoothly. Very impressed and we will be back as well as recommend to friends and family!

So I was bitter about returning from vacation to find out my fridge had died while I was away. I didn't wanna spend tons of money on a replacement and Bash worked with me and my husband to find something in the price range we were comfortable with. The whole process from picking our fridge, getting it delivered, and the old one removed was super simple and quick. It's been a few weeks and I've gotta say, I kinda wish my old fridge had died alot sooner because my new replacement one is so much better! And having the reassurance from Bash that if anything went wrong with the new one that he'd be there to help is an added bonus. I know that if I need to replace any of my other appliances that the first place Ill be checking is with Bash to see what he has in stock.

Would highly recommend Bash Appliances to anyone in Hamilton looking for new / well refurbished appliances. Bash and his team are thorough, experienced and stand by their products. Bash is an exceptional business owner and I have received nothing but professional service from him. He truly does stand behind his warranty and will not hesitate to send his service tech out to make sure you are satisfied with his product/service if there are issues. I bought a top loader washing machine from Bash which did require service while still within the warranty period. One quick call to Bash and it was fixed. No blaming the customer, no run around, no hassles, same day service, new parts. I find it hard to believe if I had bought a brand new washing machine that the service would have been as good or prompt if there were issues. If you buy from Bash, he'll make sure you're satisfied.

The quality of these refurbished appliances for the price is outstanding. The customer service is impeccable. Time is taken to go over the differences and plus points in the appliances while choosing. As busy as the owner is, he cares for each customer with diligence. The delivery, install and removal are done swiftly and professionally. We have never faced a hiccup, banged walls or scratched hardwood floors with this company. The showroom is clean and it's been a joy browsing and outfitting all our apartments with these appliances. Great service! Bash is amazing! He takes time to explain the difference between buying with him or elsewhere. Its been a long time since I felt we've received great customer service and attention while out shopping around for appliances. I prefer to spend our hard earned money at a business that cares! If you are in need of a used appliance go see Bash you won't be disappointed.

Horrible experience. I bought a front loader washer and dryer and Bash sent me a video of it running before it was delivered which I thought was odd and then made sense after when I instantly started having error codes when i tried to wash clothes. He was just sending a video to show it was working because he knew something was wrong with it.When I told him, he said to check the drain pump filter and drain hose, which were both completely fine. He then said to bring it back to him since we were too far for a service call, which we were unable to do since we don't have a truck. So now we are stuck calling a repair guy on our own dime after purchasing from him. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scammer, better yet just buy a new appliance instead of one of his scrap appliances he just threw a coat of paint on to look good.

The proprietor of this appliance resale business, was always helpful during the choosing process and with the after sales accommodations and this should give people peace of mind if a degree of flexibility is needed. The offer of delivery and installation was both cost effective and helpful in our situation.I would recommend Bash, and advise you to ask for all the services he can offer to help you during your negotiation process.
