I went there a few times and never got to close a deal as always something was not PERFECT. The last time, about a week ago, I met Steven who was newly joined the team. What a great gentleman! I bought my new ride trading in the older wrangler at a fair price. Definitely a recommended place to purchase or service your car. Tammy in the service has been always helpful each and every time I brought my older Jeep for service.

Shahab, Ken, and the New Roads team did a great job taking care of me with my purchase. They made the entire process easy and seamless. This is my second vehicle purchase from this location but first under the New Roads banner. Definitely recommend them.

I will never purchase from this dealership again.I bought a car from them and traded in my previous car under the impression they were fully paying off the loan on my trade in.4 and a half months later I found out the loan on my trade in, wasn’t paid off and I was still paying for it. I had to take the day off work to figure out what happened, and drive to the dealership because their phones weren’t working. I spoke to the sales manager George, who apologized and said they would pay off the remainder of the loan on the trade in as well as send me a cheque for the amount I had paid since trading it in.I called a week later to ensure the loan was paid off, I spoke to George in the morning who said he would call me back in about 20 minutes after he checked. After waiting 5 hours and not hearing back from George I called back and left a message. I called back 2 hours after leaving the message only to be told George has left and was now off for the weekend.I received the cheque from the dealership for way less than I was expecting, only to find out they valued the trade in for less that what I still owed on the lease, which as I said earlier was not the impression or what I was told when I agreed to trade in my previous car and purchase from them.Overall it has been the worst customer service I have ever received and would warn anyone to not purchase from them.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from NewRoads Chrysler in February of 2023.Ivan Kiselev was an amazing agent who even came in on his day off(!!!) to give me a chance to test drive my car. Though I wasn't buying new, Ivan treated me the same and provided me with detailed answers about questions and concerns I was unsure about.Walking in, I was welcomed by the whole crew which was so nice and even offered water and coffee multiple times!Ivan was absolutely great and so patient to work with me as I was coming from over 2 hours away and had a very tight schedule to test drive and check out the vehicle. He was even more patient with me as we negotiated a deal for the vehicle as this was my first car purchase. Also impressed by how quickly they were able to certify, detail and prep the car for me even on a long weekend - absolutely fantastic! Ivan has also followed up with me so kindly to ask how my experience is going - what great customer service all around! I couldn't be more happy with my new-to-me car!!!Another note: VERY impressed with the detailing service that came with my vehicle, I had expected less, but was seriously appreciative of the detail and care taken in cleaning for my new-to-me vehicle. All-in-all nothing but great and QUICK service.Huge thanks to Ivan K, and the NewRoads Chrysler crew for their excellent, efficient, and SPEEDY service. I went in today to see a used 2021 Ram truck. I was greeted right away by Mitch Armstrong. He was amazing to deal with and with and totally professional in every way. Mitch brought his manager Ken Boswell in to discuss my interest and again, Ken was simply amazing as well. Definitely a 5 star experience and would recommend them both! I had a great experience here. I want to thank Roger Waithe who took his time to go through the problems and was very respectful. Great timing and perfect service. My wife and I visited NewRoads Chrysler a week ago looking for a new truck even though they were not in our area. We were greeted professionally and courteously at the door. We were introduced to Mitch who was an incredible salesman. He was professional and knew the vehicles well. He worked a price for us on a very nice truck. In a reasonable amount of time we were signing a deal on a truck at a very good price. He had the vehicle ready for pickup very quickly. I would highly recommend Mitch and this dealership, it was worth the extra driving distance. Based on our experience with both Mitch and the dealership, they definitely deserve a 5 rating!! I would highly recommend!
