We went so Sunday brunch - probably a mistake, considering it was Sunday and very busy. The wait was 30 minutes for a table, which was not bad considering the number waiting. The hostess staff was not that friendly or attentive, the staff cleaning table was very slow to clear the tables and get the next customer seated. However, the waitress who served our table was great! Friendly and efficient!As always, the food was great, pricey, but it is everywhere. The restaurant could do with some refurbishing.Over all, a great brunch and time spent with family

Always great wings. Posting the menu as of Tuesday January 17 2023. Tuesday is the wings special. Half price. Choose between breaded or lightly breaded. I like the lightly breaded as it is the way wings started in Buffalo. Get some blue cheese on the side for a real traditional Buffalo wing experience.Saturday April 15 2023Although we are here every week or two I felt I should update you on a special dessert I enjoy when I feel the urgeThe Brownie here at Broadway is excellent. I always skip the ice cream and ask for chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. Loved the breakfast here.They were full and we were lucky to get a table on a busy Sunday morning.The service is quick and food is fresh and tasty.Their house fries are to die for.Must try if you’re in Ottawa.

They really can work harder on their food. I was here for dinner and breakfast the next day, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I must say I was disappointed both times. There's no cheese curds in the poutine!!! The gravy was just ok, the burger was good, but for my last night in Ottawa, this was a huge letdown.I got the French toast for breakfast, and it was disappointing as well. The toast itself was okay, but there was maybe 2 strawberries and 1/3 of a banana distributed across 3 slices of French toast. The bananas also tasted overripe, and strawberries were going off as well. No icing sugar or whipped cream. And they charged $17 for this.Service was good, atmosphere was fine, so the food really stood out as much worse than what you'd expect from a place like this.

A returning favourite. $5 mimosas and fries that are to die for. The huge menu and lots of vegetarian options make it a go-to breakfast place for me.If you like coffee you'll be drowning in the stuff by the time you're done.

I'm a regular at my local Broadway, and I thought the food would be of the same quality. It wasn't. It looked good, but I didn't taste any flavors in my meal. Our servers were friendly and very attentive.

I ordered a delivery from here and the breakfast plate had crispy chicken in it. Instead it was pulled pork. So, I call the restaurant to confirm and the manager Amanda goes to confirm from the chef in 10 minutes then says yes it’s crispy chicken it’s the only one he made today. Then I go to the restaurant to make them look at it and explain and heres the manager again trying to make me rude for asking what is that. Then she’s like I was trying to figure out how to get a hold of you to replace or refund. Maybe you should be nice first not hate or harass people. And be ignorant about it on top of that.

Important to note that half stars are not an option. The ratings attempt to reflect half and full stars. Food is 3.5 great food but not gourmet.Excellent place for à casual meal.Service is exactly4*.Paid $ per person is misleading...it is not clear if gratuity and tax are included.Atmosphere rating is for a pub, not high end restaurant.We enjoyed our food and the lunch environment with our teen daughter.Tourists, if you are at an average hotel / rental nearby, this is a great option before heading out exploring and trying more interesting restaurants.

I had the worst experience because we ended at this location by accident instead of going back to prince of wales.The waitresses were rude and insisted they’ve serve me overcooked chicken fingers before and called it chicken and waffles.The waitress was fine at first and gave me so much attitude when I became upset she forgot our meal to gossip in the back. When I went to see her the other manager was more rude .. cleared the table as I packed the bag and left the food untouched. I paid for my husbands meal he packed it and she threw away the syrup and asked me why I let her throw it away. I was shocked when I was forced to pay for it when my food was left to be cold while we waited for the rest of our order. The attitude was very innapropriate and I’ve only had good experiences at prince of wales and the waiter Juliano always serves me with respect unlike what I received today. I’m appalled and will never return to this location . The vibes are bad and the waitress don’t have respect nor Any class.
