Affinity Fish
A premier fish and seafood shop in Toronto severing some of the best aged fish you can get. Never had aged fish? Well then your missing out. They can prepare all sorts of good cuts, some even sashimi grade if you want to make a simple appetizer dish at home. Well priced for the quality and they also have a dine in experience I have to try one day. The fish selection is rotating, but they have a few staples of smoked and vacuum sealed fish you can regularly get. A must visit on the west side.

Wonderful dining experience. The fish was all brilliant and wonderfully prepared. Incredibly well thought out flavors and textures. Will definitely make this a regular dining spot for us!

Amazing food, beautiful presentation! Very friendly staff, it's a pleasure to watch them work, and they explain every dish very well. We've been to one of their dinners twice so far, and looking forward to come again.

First time visiting Affinity Fish today.Asked Matt about their story and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. After hearing about their values and philosophy, I was very excited to try out their dry aged whitefish.Grilled it at home and it was a perfect balance of crispy skin and buttery inside *chef’s kiss*High quality freshwater fish, sourced directly from Indigenous fishermen.Thank you! Will be back!

It was my first time joining the omakase dinner at Affinity Fish and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I have never been to an omakase dinner and the owners Jon and Matt walked us through the various menu items, their process and each piece. The entire dinner was welcoming for all guests, and each bite was curated with attention to detail. As a sushi lover, it was amazing to see what is possible with local fish. Definitely recommend and will be back again!

I could spend all day here. Matt & Jon are knowledgeable and friendly faces to chat with. I love what they're doing by working with the indigenous fisheries & sourcing from right here in Ontario. They also have other edibles to compliment their selection of dry aged fish as well. Check them out!

Inspirational restaurant/shop for a different take than your typical seafood. The omakase was an amazing experience - delicious food in an intimate setting where you can see them work and learn more about the whole operation. Everyone is so approachable and friendly. Hope to be back soon.
