Michaels Custom Framing
I called ahead to ask if a specific product was in stock that they have online. Was out on hold for at least 8 min and told they did have it and what aisle to find it. I was at the Langley store 40 min after calling only to be told they don’t stock the item and perhaps the call taker misunderstood. I said no as I told her was an acrylic cake pop stand I wasted 30 min driving time and gas.

They had everything that I was looking for and I found it very quickly. The staff was absolutely awesome but the store was a mess. It was also very dirty it looked like they haven't swept in months. I will be back because I have no problem with the product
