It is a pleasure to do business with a company where everyone does their job exactly as expected plus adds a friendly, kind outlook. I was very concerned that re-polishing old marble might be a disappointment but the outcome was like new. I'm just sorry I didn't take before pictures as well. Highly recommend Marble Clinic

What we paid them is not worth what we got. Some work agreed upon was not to our satisfaction or not done at all and they did not do proper clean-up afterwards. We will be going with somebody else in the future. Very frustrating dealing with them. Got sick and tired of hearing “Yeah, yeah we know” but apparently, they didn’t.

They travelled to Kingston for me to restore one of our lobbies. The conglomerated marble looked faded and worn prior to their arrival. Looks like brand new. Their workers arrived on time and completed the scope of work on schedule. Working around an apartment building full of tenants. Excellent service and fantastic workers.Skyline Capital Management.

The Marble Clinic did a wonderful job polishing and sealing our shower jambs. I had accidentally etched them with an abrasive bathroom cleaner. It was great to see them looking brand new again. See the before and after.

The service people were great - on-time and friendly. The results were disappointing. Water rings on marble kitchen counters were removed but new rings appeared within days. Protection seems non-existent. A small rust-coloured stain on a bathroom counter remained unchanged, despite being told it would be reduced but not eliminated. After a few weeks, our counters look the same as they did before the service.

We ordered a bottle of MC-16 but was unable to get it opened. We tried every suggestion - warm water, knocking it against the sink, inserting a knife around the edge but it seems cemented shut. Marble clinic did not stand behind their product for us. Very disappointing.

Amanda came to assess the project. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and was always available to answer my questions. Armando and Carmelito did an excellent job of restoring the marble in my bathroom (floor, shower, counter tops) and repairing the chips and holes in my granite kitchen counter. They were friendly, respectful, polite, and completed the work on time.

I was very happy with the service which I received from The Marble Clinic. Amanda , our consultant was very informative and she explained everything well. We were booked for 2 days. Gill was in charge and Jeff was his helper the second day. They were hard working and pleasant.They arrived and departed on time The job they performed was superb. When they left everything was clean and tidied up. . I would definitely recommend the Marble Clinic to other clients.
