We hired LMF to convert our 8 acre field and two horse stall barn to house goats.For the barn they extended the concrete slab of the barn, and corrected a progressive lean. They built a mezzanine for hay storage. They built two kidding stalls, and a separate heated area for the kids, as well as a buck pen with it's own paddock access.In the field they used an excavator to built a fence line splitting our field into two paddocks, and they installed a 5 wire electric fence with grounding field. They also buried a new service line to the barn.They were extremely easy to work with, and patient when we requested changes. The quality of work was excellent. The day after they were finished and our bill had been paid we noticed a minor issue and notified their staff. They were out the next day to correct it.I was very pleased with their work. If we have work needing to be done in the future I will be giving them a call.

We hired LMF to cover our front yard with a specific type of rocks, Matt sourced what we were looking for and completed the work on budget. There were a couple of hiccups but they were dealt with quickly and professionally. Matt was easy to deal with and true to his word. We wont hesitate to use LMF for future projects. From the beginning Matthew was on point. He understood and respected our plans and budget. He was so helpful, brought so much experience and knowledge. Anytime there was a hurdle, he was able to provide reasonable alternatives. Developing land and building a home can be challenging, to say the least, and Matthew smoothed the rough edges. It is a pleasure working with him!

Our family cannot say enough in regards to LMF and our overall experience with them. They were the only company that took the time to come see us, share in our ideas/dream - working with us to save costs and allowing for adjustments as ideas broadened - provided clear detailed step by step quote with great communication during the entire project of SAVING OUR 100year old + BARN!!!

I had nearly one acre of woodland cleared, a 40 foot X 150 foot driveway done and two 20 foot X 24 inch culverts with concrete culvert ends installed. They were always on time and everything was done to my complete satisfaction. I appreciated their helpful suggestions. Best of all - their cost was less than other quotes. i would use them again in a heartbeat.

Matt and the team were on time and on budget for the driveway they put in last summer. There were no surprises in budget or quality. Happy to have him booked for more work this spring. I am not an friend or family member, just a happy customer. B

We are very impressed with the final product. He was extremely responsive to any questions we had, arrived when he said he would and was very reasonable with pricing. We will definitely use him again!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. LMF (Matthew and Lori) ripped us off for $250,000 then abandoned the job leaving it less then 50% done demanding another $90,000 above quote to continue saying we owe him & now they will be suing us. Really? Matthew will yell swear & not even let you talk when you try to question him. This company will promise you the moon and keep telling you they will be under budget then run the bill up way over any quote extorting you and demanding more money, if you don't pay more money will leave. Positive comments online are him & friends. Facebook page is join only what company hides its identity from potential customers. They have left our property an absolute mess as well as driving over our mail box and not reinstalling it. Not to mention being paid $250,000 for a $253,000 job and leaving it only 50% complete. Worse position then before they started now I'm forced to find another contractor and go to court RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. DONT SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED IF YOUR FOOLISH ENOUGH TO HIRE THEM. ZERO rating.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. 0 starBEWARE and careful of these rookies.Their advertisement was for firewood on Facebook, under the wife's name.-He overcharged me.-I specifically asked for no poplar. 1/3 of it is poplar- Showed up a week late with 2 of the 6 cord I ordered. We were told we were getting 3 to 4 that day.-what he did bring he tried to call it 2.5-2.75 cord. It is 2 cord.-I have to pressure wash the wood before I can touch it with my chainsaw. its covered in mud, dirt, sand and rocks.-Said he was fired from the lot he was harvesting, so I couldn't get all my wood and was why I didn't get it on time.-he willingly ratted on the woodlot owner. Giving the address and number, which I refused. I'm not interested in his story, I wanted my wood-Destroyed my driveway with his excavator, than tried to fix it and made it worse by turning in the gravel.-Changed his delivery prices on site.-was ripping up my tree before I HAD TO ASK him to be careful. Well his lackey did, who was promptly yelled at for saying what I asked.- was told if I wanted the 'rest' I would have to wait till May. A month and a half for the rest of my order.-when we called them out on the wood, we were told it's not poplar. It's f@#$ing poplar!- we were also told we are lucky we didn't get charged extra for them using an excavator to offload firewood. Said they spent extra time offloading where I wanted and not dumped on the ground.I will be reporting them to the bbb for fraudulent activity.Oh, and the reviewer Lora Traschel, is the owner. They even have to fake their own reviews.
