Murray excavating repaired my foundation and went above and beyond what they were required to do. Job was done quickly. I am very happy with the staff who did the work, owner was present every day to check onprogress. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Can't say enough about Murray. He was so kind to talk my husband through our walk out back up.... Several times. He encouraged us to call back as we dug and solved our plugged drain issue. He took his time and encouraged us to do it ourselves and would not take a consult payment. He is honest and knowledgable. Thank you so much!

Murray is always reliable, and great at what they do. I would highly recommend this company for any type of digging around, especially sewer repairs. Great work, great company, great customer service.

Wouldn’t even call me back

Stay away from this business! The owner said to call him in 2 weeks time because they were busy and that they would come out in a couple of days. I called when he advised and he was quite rude and said to be “patient”. I asked him if we could book a day and he said “no”. and said to call back the following Monday to schedule. I called the following Monday and he said his crew would be out on Friday to do the job. I made myself available all day and they didn’t show up and didn’t call to cancel. When I called on Monday to ask what happened he again said to be “patient”. I told him I have been more than patient . He said to get someone else to do the job and hung up on me. I was literally in shock. The owner obviously doesn’t care about the customer or potential customers . Do yourself a favour and go with someone who treats people with respect, respects others time and is reliable and professional. This business does none of these things. It was absolutely a terrible experience all the way around! Trust me and go with someone else!
