Rentals were poorly managed. Manager was very friendly and customer oriented. Ordering shoes was completely botched. One pair never came in. One suit was sent to the wrong store. Great for purchasing suits, but wedding rental was stressful

If you haven't shopped at Moores then you must enjoy mediocrity. Moores absolutely crushes customer service and thereby provide an exceptional shopping experience.I mostly purchase my jeans and shirts there as everything they've recommended has fit like I have worn it for months!12/10.

Was at the store to purchased a custom fit suit (pants and jacket only) for a wedding and paid over 500$. The suit arrived and not so custom fit!! Pants was not size correctly. Thanks to Joel McGratton for correcting the mistake and save the day!! Unfortunately, I had to wear pants that didn't fit me correctly for my friends wedding. Joel placed a second order in and again, pants arrived not so custom. Why taking all the measurements for not to fit the client to a custom fit. The store is extremely dirty, I almost sat on a pin needle. Carpet extremely dirty with stain, paper and pin needle everywhere! Store very clutter, display case at the case super dirty, molding off the front desk and boxes everywhere behind the front desk! I will definitely not shop there again nor I will recommend.

Went in to buy a suit and was served with a very nice one at a reduced price. Needed hemming and unfortunately it hadn't been done by the pick-up date. The manager didn't hesitate to correct the mistake and reimbursed hemming costs. Next pick-up date some hemming had been done but some was still to be done. Again the manager apologized and gave another discount. Finally the suit was ready and it fit perfectly. So although there were mishaps the manager was great and on top of things.

This store has the best people in the business. They have helped me not only look good but feel good: fitting me with the finest suits I can afford. They know how to balance budget and quality. I am especially thankful to Duncan who is a great Manager and has taught his team very well. If you have any doubts about this store, I hope this review can remove them. Of all the places in Moncton for a suit, this is the only place I would go to.
