Super informative - during the Street Smart Tour 2023. Matt and his team shared some cool ideas with some ninja hacks on how as an investor one has to evaluate properties.

I attended Volition's most recent meet up. It was a street tour, where the team took us around to view some houses listed on MLS. It was really informative as they spoke from an investor perspective, not end user. They gave a lot of details on why each property was a good or bad investment. Afterwards, I booked a free 30 min consultation with Matt. He took the time understand my current situation and investment goals and provided options of the best way to reach them.
