Please be careful in using C Duncan construction's services. Often times will send incomplete invoices, with no backup documentation. Are not able to justify their invoices. They will potentially overcharge when possible.Use with caution, when disagreements happen, the only response they will give you is litigious, further they will lie about a negative review at your business if you have one because it seems like the owner is vindictive.
