Best pool company in the city! First timer with a pool, struggled with algae for the first half of the summer. Eventually came to Washington and they went above and beyond to help me get back on track. Worked with me daily when we lost the pool a week before our daughters 4th bday party and got us fixed up on the nick of time. Thanx Shannon for all your help!

Our first experience with Washington Pools has been amazing! Ian was able to get his team out to look at our situation very quickly! Scott and Ken were very professional and knowledgeable and were able to determine what the actual problem was and determined why we were getting water behind a liner. They did a pressure test and determined we had a very large leak in the plumbing. We had been told by another pool company many different could be this...could be that" scenarios without them recommending investigating further. Washington Pools will be our pool company of choice moving forward! Thanks Ian

We are first time pool owners and have had great service from Kieren who has been looking after our pool maintenance on a weekly bases. He was happy to teach us about the system, chemicals and weekly cleaning. Always friendly and does a great job cleaning and leaving it ready for use overtime.

Lied about the work they were doing so they could charge me more.Also washington pools left my hot tub off with some water in it during winter and did over 1500 in damages. Their employee said he filled it and would turn it on. He lied and destroyed my hot tub.Do NOT use washington pools unless you want to be taken advantage of. There are a lot better companies around.

Omg awesome pool closing service. Max and Jessie came to close my pool today so professional, patient and nice also knowledgeable. Very please and happy to give Washington pools my business. Also on another note: Washington Pool’s knows their chemistry. After dealing with other pool companies and not getting answers on my in balanced pool this summer I almost gave up, but someone told me about Washington and guess what they fixed it. Don’t waste your time with other pool companies you want this company. Top shelf pro”s and most clearly they must have been straight A’s students in chemistry class. Very happy customer and would recommend this company to anyone. Great job guys, see u in spring.Sabrina

Attention to detail, personable service and expert knowledge. I haven't done any pool caretaking in 16 years until acquiring a new house with one, not on purpose, but they have been very patient in my retraining. They also use some proprietary testing machine and computer program that spits out exactly what you need and the timing and amounts of each. No pressure to buy there either if you can find a better deal. I will go back any time I have a question and know I'm welcome. You should too.

Front desk staff is amazing and Ian himself is as well. Helped me get my hottub going with new parts and directed me along the way. Above and beyond for service. Went to another store down the road they said my parts were obsolete. Tub works great thanks washington pools

We bought a 18' x 36' kidney shape pool, we were told it was pretty straight forward to install, we were given the wrong instructions, had a terrible time trying to get a hold of someone to get the right ones. We needed some parts but no one ever answers the phone at the store. Very bad to no communication, when i leave a message it takes forever to get a response. Its been an incredibly frustrating experience and we're still working through it!
