Shoe Comfort

Owner had an amazing knowledge of the shoes he carries and provided excellent service...I ended up trying the gravity dfying runners which I bought. I walked out with them on..headed to West Edmonton Mall..put on 7000 steps and my flat feet and bad kneesfelt amazing...the insoles are the best.

What a great store with extremely knowledgeable people! I took my mom into the store and they were kind and helpful plus really know there stuff. They could even tell the shoe size by just looking. Mom was very happy. My wife and I bought shoes the next week. My feet have never been so happy.Keep up the great work.

Amazing customer service! I came in here with my mom looking to buy a pair of good supportive shoes that worked with her orthodics insoles and we were greeted by very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be shopping here again, thank you :)!

I had such a friendly, easy experience at shoe comfort! After leaving the podiatrists office being told I have plantar fasciitis, I asked the store clerk to help give me some options of shoes that would help give me arch support and have a lifted heel and he was glad to help! He was great at providing information on the different shoes I was trying on and was able to answer my questions! They made it such an easy going and relaxing experience! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality, supportive shoes!

I had an excellent experience here buying a pair of sandals. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful in both finding a pair of sandals appropriate for my foot condition and that are still stylish! I never felt pressured and was given many price point options. I will definitely be going back to purchase my footwear!

I have to say how happy I am with finding Shoe Comfort. It was though searching the web for shoes that would fit my odd feet. Wide and small size. The lady was very kind and patient with me. She spent time helping me find the right shoes, the right fit. Shoe shopping for me is a NIGHTMARE but Shoe Comfort changed it to a fantastic time.Thank you so much

Old fashion knowledgeable customer service still exists.We where very fortunate to find this store.The owners are very knowledgeable professionals. My spouse had ankle fusion surgery and needed new shoes to give her the proper cushioning and support.Having a wide foot is usually a problem in most stores. Not here they had exactly what we needed, between the exact fit and useful tips we walked out with two pairs of great shoes.

I have taken my mother in law to multiple shoe stores to find her a pair of slippers and a pair of nicer shoes. She has some medical issues that make finding comfortable and pain free footwear very challenging. She has spent countless hours over many days trying on footwear and hadn't found anything that works until today. Wilda at Shoe Comfort was absolutely amazing. Wilda listened to my MIL's concerns with regards to her medical issues and problems with other slippers/shoes she has tried in the past. She was patient and knowledgeable and helped my mother-in-law to find 3 sets of footwear (slippers, shoes and sandals). Not only did she help her find comfortable footwear, she also showed her how to lace her shoes differently to reduce the pressure on painful areas. Then when my mother in law was getting ready to leave, Wilda redid the laces on the shoes she wore in and helped her to put her shoes back on (something she struggles with daily). I can't thank Wilda enough and I am sure I will be bringing my MIL back soon to buy some more shoes. As an added bonus, the selection here is amazing and they have lots of fun and unique styles and prints.

Yesterday was the first time ever that I was able to get shoes for my autistic loved one with no tears. The service was exceptional!
