I am montréal and visit Markham store whenever we come to TO.Last weekend we were in TO. Monday may 22,2023 we visited Markham store. Since last visit we noticed that store charge more. We do not get special price posted in store. We got kasher mango for $29.99 and only 9 mangos were in box.We are very disappointed this time.we are coming in June 3rd week. I do not think we will visit this store. We have been coming to this store since last 10 years. With every visit some thing is wrong with billing. Few dollars more...Nothing change.

Indian grocery store with variety of Indian items. I found their vegitables really fresh. I prefer them more compared to Panchvati due to their behaviour and the fact that they accept credit cards. There is small charge of 50 cens if the bill is less than $10. Variety of Indian Masala, Indian Snacks and Gujrati snacks are available. You also would get pooja items here. Also found Ladoos and jalebi here.

The place owned by a South Asian, has been in business for long time. The store does not care for by-laws, parking spots or cleanliness around the store, There are lots of health hazards inside the store. One individual whose picture can be seen here is a rude and arrogant person in the store, allowed a private vehicle delivering commercial goods parked half way in the accessibility spot meant for disabled. When asked him to clear the spot he totally ignored the request to remove the vehicle. It is not the first time this has happened. The store does not own the parking spot that he can violate the city by-laws to his own advantage. I used to shop here not anymore after this incident.

shame on u india town! don't Buy from them their grocery is usually stale and expired I got pani puri cause I wanted to try it for the first time . it was expired months agostore is not clean also

Make sure to check the expiry date of products, as most of the items are expired. Also, check your receipt before you leave as one item will be mentioned as 'grocery item' and you will be charged 1 to 2 dollars extra for this item than the listed price.

We went to buy pomegranate, we did ask them about it , they are selling really worst grocery.they just want to sell , do not see anything about there customer. please do not buy this kind of stuff or neither agreed on cashier’s opinion.We cant even have it. waste if money

No complains about the items sold. But the people who work/own this place are piece of trash. I did not have any personal bad experience but everytime I have been to this place, they talk trash about their customers based on their origin or looks (in a langauge they might not understand) or disrespect them on their face. They don't have respect for elderly people as well.Don't entertain these idiots by shopping here.

There are plenty of negative reviews are given by other customers but my personal experience buying groceries and snacks from india town is always very good !!Owners are very helping and genuine ! I gave one extra star because I don’t they deserve these many worst reviews!!A single place where you’ll find every indian and gujarati items like snacks, spices, vegetables, and many more !!Also, it’s way better than panchvati i felt in order to rates !!

They didn't trust their customers. They asked to put your bag at billing counter as their is full of treasure. Don't gonna repeat.Note: There are many Indian store in that area, avoid this

In terms of products, It's really good. You get most items at reasonable prices. However, in terms of customer service, management and obeying the bylaws, this place is hell. My first experience was when they asked me to leave my bag at the counter. The tone was rude and abusive. I never felt like this before in any other store.
