Talking sales under pressure ..the employee that day he had what he called a deal for me on a phone i would of wanted to get..but at the end of it ,the specific phone i was interested in was not of a deal(i knew because i experiment in the past deals with other phone provider on the same made phone)..anyway the deal he had for me was to last only for that actual day and a few hours ahead so i had to decide if was going for the deal right away then i had to go right away at my bank for a preotorised payement on the phone so i tought what a nonr sense..it start to sounds like a scam from a passing by phone saler at Rogers".I left and thought i do not want to deal with Rogers . that simple."

Told me to get rid of my apple care and sign on with brightstar and the Rogers device protection only to make me go through hours of call waiting and filling out paper work and uploading documents and phoning back, this service is horrible, keep your apple care and don’t fall for it. Absolutely disgusted with this, paid for this service and a warranty and still have to pay $200 to get my screen fixed. as soon as my screen is fixed I’m buying a life proof case and cancelling brightstar protection. GoodThing I’m computer savvy or would’ve had NO clue. Came into the branch and he gave me a piece ofPaper with a number and site to go to, so you’ll have to do it all yourself, you’ll get no help in store.

Very friendly, and helpful. Even stayed open a bit longer to deal with all the stuff that needed to be done.

This place was good safely cant give more then 3 stars due to rogers as a whole but this store was knowledgeable and helpful

Horrible customer service. Waited around for 10 minutes as there were 3 other customers. Then someone noticed me and said Be with you in a minute

Staff are nice, but sold me a phone that does not perform its basic functions and deleted all my photos (phone is a Google pixel). Visited the store multiple times with no resolution.

The staff are excellent. They do the best with what tools they are given. Unfortunatelyy under staffs their stores. Often there is one person watching both the Rogers and the Fido. I feel very badly for their staff at all locations as I regularly hear about how they never receive days off and how the telecommunications giant generally dismisses labour laws.

The staff that helped me were extremely helpful and patient. I've been a Telus/Bell customer my entire life, and decided to switch over to Rogers so that our family could be on the same plan with the same provider.Harpreet stayed late to help us get our new plans set up and was a dream to deal with. Unfortunately, my phone came with a defect, and I had to return to the store a couple days later. Harpreet wasn't there so Josh helped me and I can not say enough good things about him. He was extremely professional and kind. I'll make sure to come back to this Rogers and talk to Josh/Harpreet anytime we need an update on our plan/phones.

Not only were they willing to stay open a little longer to take care of whatever needed to be done, but they went so far as to use their own personal data plan to help me quickly transfer my files to the new phone... Much appreciated.
