impeccable and fast service! They came within 2 hours after we phoned them to unclog a drain. They were professional and did an amazing cleaning once they were done. I am was so impressed, I will definitely use them again.

Contacted them on a Wednesday, and was given a time for the following Friday. They never showed up, nor called, and the only reason I found out they were not coming was when I texted them five hours after the stated time.They told me they'd show up on the following Sunday and never came.This company has garbage customer service.

I called to make sure about the price (on average of course) which was about 250 to 350 to unblock a main drain. 1.5h later I get charge 450+Tx.... what I realize is that they charged me 2 people instead of one... I'm sorry but I did not expect to pay someone to bring the equipment... it was a job of a 1 person... If only I knew ... They almost went on having a camera to check the problem. Hopefully I was able to identify the back water valve which was the problem...The problem was resolve but wondering how much more I would have paid without my intervention....

They were first recommended to us by a friend who is extremely particular when it comes to tradespeople doing work in his home, so when Tom told us to call Budget Drain there was no second guessing. The guys came out and fixed the problem professionally and efficiently. One of the best parts is the price was based on the actual work provided and not taken out of a 2 wide 3-ring binder.
