Fit OneOne Training
I had a great experience with Fit OneOne. I'm a fairly active person but have always had trouble staying consistent, particularly with strength training.Dylan set me up with a program and helped me find a good sustainable amount of training. He also helped me figure out how to tweak my eating habits to get the most out of the training. I felt like I was getting enough food to fuel the work but not feel like I was overdoing it.The weekly check-ins were really helpful to keep me accountable and also to adjust training/food up or down depending on how I was feeling. And I was always able to ask more questions in the app if I needed to.The app was also easy to use and worked really well for tracking workouts and macros.Really, I think it was everything I was looking for in a personal trainer. I made some solid strength gains and was able to stay consistent with endurance training enough that I'm racing a triathlon this weekend. I would highly recommend Fit OneOne to anyone!

I was wanting to cut some weight and lean out a bit so I contacted Dylan who set me up with a great plan! He started me on a 12 week program where we had check ins every week to see how progress was going. He was very helpful and answered all of the questions that I had, and that was a lot because I was very new to it all! Dylan was very knowledgeable about all of the specific workouts he had me doing and have a lot of guidance and tips for the nutritional side as well. He is someone that is very personable and is very positive by being very motivational throughout it all. I was able to lose 25lbs over 12 weeks and have been able to keep it off with the lifestyle changes he helped me make. I would highly recommend Dylan to everyone and anyone looking to get into a healthier lifestyle or whatever your personal goals are!!

I recently completed a 12 week fitness program with FitOneOne Training. As a new dad, I was having trouble finding time to exercise and eat healthy. After a personal interview discussing my goals, Dylan was able to create an easy to follow cardio program and efficient, challenging, at home HIIT workouts using basic equipment that I had on hand. The FitOneOne App is easy to use with great workout progress tracking and clear videos of each exercise. Dylan was in constant contact through the app and was very supportive throughout the entire program, celebrating each success. The FitOneOne program also includes nutrition advice. This was a great part of the program as Dylan's advice made a huge change in my eating habits by explaining the how" and "why" I should be eating certain things while still eating tasty

Dylan is phenomenal at giving information about nutrition and how too properly train. I enjoyed what he provided and I saw results within the first week. Would highly recommend him as your future trainer.
