unprofessional service and atmosphere. The hairdresser spent his time chatting and laughing with the guys around in another language. Some people didn't even seem to work there... Didn't like the experience, won't come back.

This is the worst experience of my life. The owner, featured in the pictures above, is cutting costs by hiring a non-French or English speaker. Instead, the worker receives instructions from another Spanish-French speaker on how to perform haircuts step by step.Because the owner had no appointments, he passed off his work to make as much as possible from walk-in customers. The Mexican gentleman did a terrible job with my hair and caused significant damage, charging me an exorbitant $40 for a simple traditional haircut and wash. To make matters worse, the establishment only accepts cash payments.I would not recommend this place if you want a respectful experience.

The Sant-Denis location of upcuts is by far my favorite barbershop to go to. Not only because of how it's conveniently located across the street from Metro Berri but the service is great and all the barbers are very talented. I would definitely recommend this barbershop to anyone.

Best barbers in Montreal. I've been going to upcuts since 2015, by then I lived in Alberta. When I travel to mtl I make sure I get my haircut same day I touch down in Montréal. That's how good they are.I know live in mtl, I drive 35 minutes everytime I need a haircut. I bring my kids there too as they have a great understanding and treatment with kids as well. My kids love it when they know they're going to get a haircut. They're 3 & 5 years old. This place has 2 locations now and can't say enough how good they are.You will get what ya want for a reasonable price.

Disappointed by today’s haircut. The new barber isn’t ready yet for the quality of haircut other barbers do in this shop!

They looked really busy, but I was able to walk-in and get a fabulous cut right away! First barber I've been to in Montreal, and I'll be going back regularly!
