Instile Design Build renovated our kitchen, main bathroom, powder room, laundry room, and foyer, and then returned a year later to renovate our master bathroom.We had a fantastic experience with Brad and his team. From day one and all through the renovations, Brad was highly responsive, very organized, and kept the job on schedule. He took the time to answer all of our questions, shared his opinions and vast expertise, and made great recommendations (heated bathroom floors!). He provided us with detailed quotes and invoices for us to review at each stage of the job, and he worked with us to find ways to cut costs by completing some of the work ourselves. He also gave us fantastic recommendations for cabinet (Ottawa Valley Kitchens), quartz (TNT Granite), and tile (Saltillo Tile & Stone) providers.Both Brad and his team were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and they performed top-quality work, with great attention to detail. The team was consistently punctual and reliable, and they completed our renovations on time and with high quality. Brad scheduled all other trade work (plumbing, electrical, shower glass, etc.) efficiently and effectively, to the point where they responded within hours and we never had to wait long for the work to be completed.We are thrilled with all of our renovations, and we will definitely go with Brad and his team for any future renovations. We used Brad's Instile Design for renovating some part of Kitchen, Main Entrance and Powder room. The last 2 were completely changed. In both these rooms we put in a accent wall tile in addition to changing the tiles. In kitchen we changed the Island, moved to open concept hood fan and back splash. Brad brought in specialist like plumber, electrician, cabinet experts in addition to his own expertise. What we liked most about Brad was that he was involved with us throughput the design phase, providing useful suggestions and helping with picking the right tiles, vanity, island etc. He did get involved with us in the whole process. The work was done fast and we did not have to wait for renovation to complete. The whole place looks fabulous. We are planning more renovations next year with Brad. I highly recommend Brad and Instile design for any renovation work.

Instile Design transformed our kitchen from a small almost unusable space into the best room in the house. Brad and team did a great job with keeping things on schedule. Issues crop up with every reno but Brad always found a way around them. It was clear that with Brad's experience and the number of really good companies that Brad leverages, like TNT Granite, we were in good hands. While we designed the kitchen with the help of Ottawa Valley Kitchen he was always there to help guide the ship. Whether it was to move things along or get the design a bit more into reality ;-) When we do our next project I have no doubt who I will be calling.

We used Brad's Instile Design Build for complete renovations of our kitchen, entrance way, and all bathrooms. Both Brad and Mike (and all sub contractors) were approachable, knowledgeable and completed work efficiently and with expertise.All of our rooms were gutted and remodeled with new tiles on the floor, backsplash, cupboards and counters. The wall around our fireplace was refinished with a stacked stone tile and bathrooms were redesigned with new plumbing, fixtures and tiles. All lighting fixtures were changed and rooms were completely painted.While these jobs required the workers coming in and out of our house regularly, we always felt comfortable and safe.At the end of each day, all work areas were swept, tidied and left clean.We were very impressed with all aspects of Instile Design Build.

We worked with Brad last year(2019). We bought a house built in 1979 and we ended up gutting and renovating the entire main floor including kitchen, bathroom and mud room. Brad was able to help bring our ideas and plans to life with what seemed to be little effort. He was very reliable and has a great team surrounding him. The work was amazing and super professional. We are obsessed with our new place and we have now made it the home of our dreams.

In the midst of a pandemic, InStile just finished a beautiful kitchen renovation and basement bathroom install on time and on budget! The removal of the old kitchen and the preparation of the site for the new one went without a hitch, all the electrical and plumbing work was first class and Brad’s tile backsplash install looks great.Their recommendation of Ottawa Valley Kitchens and TnT Tile and Marble, were great choices.The bathroom downstairs was done quickly and efficiently, starting from the builder’s rough in and ending up with a very practical ½ bath including a barn door to access the storage area behind it.We could not be happier with the end result and the professionalism of Brad, his crew and his contractors in InStile.

Brad's team gave us the bathroom we always wanted. They ripped out our very dated master bathroom and in no time, we had a stunning remodel completed (check out the before and after photos). We used Instile Design Build to do a complete gutting of our kitchen and bring the farm house design, we wanted, to life. The transformation and workmanship from Brad and Ottawa Valley Kitchens was beyond our expectations. Working with an old house and utilizing the dimensions within the house and coming up with this beautiful end result is nothing but amazing. My wife is over the moon with joy with the complete kitchen but my favourite items that give this room the character it required, is the perfectly installed back-splash tiles, the wood beam , and the farmhouse sink. I would recommend Instile Design for any project.

Brad and his crew at Instile Design and Build were great. They worked efficiently to get our big project done on schedule. We went from a small kitchen in a disjointed space to a large kitchen in a beautifully flowing open main floor. We were told 6-8 weeks and were using our new kitchen after 7 weeks. Instile uses a very detailed pricing approach so you know what you are getting and what you are paying for without any surprises. We adore our engineered hickory flooring from Logs End and our quartz countertops from TNT Granite. Our cabinetry from Ottawa Valley Kitchens is beautiful and was installed with expert detail and craftsmanship. Our backsplash from Saltillo was meticulously installed by Brad himself. The team from Faulkner Electric are as professional as it gets. Brad, Rolf and Chris have loads of experience and were very helpful throughout the whole renovation. We love our new main floor and recommend Instile Design & Build wholeheartedly!
