VIP Lube Burlington

Highly recommend VIP Lube on Dundas St in Burlington! At first I didn’t realize they were open as this area is under construction. Luckily I stopped in on my way by today and I’m so glad I did. I received fast, friendly service and the cost was less than other drive through oil change places I’ve been to. These guys will be my new go-to for quick, convenient oil changes!

Today was my first visit to VIP Lube Burlington and I will definitely be going back.When I arrived, they were working on another vehicle and took the time to come out to greet me and let me know that it would be less than a 10 minute wait. I waited less than 5 minutes before they took me in, but I would have been willing to wait longer because their service was fantastic.The two gentlemen who worked on my car (one of which was named Neel) were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. They let me know the total pricing of everything up front, and at the moment, they are having promotional pricing and percentages off which was a great bonus. I ended up getting a synthetic oil change as well as an air filter replacement and they were finished in less than 15 mins. I never felt pressured for any add ons either which is a nice change. They also have a good relationship with the car wash next door as I was offered a free car wash there within 60 days if I show them my oil change receipt. When I left, they thanked me for my business and even gave me additional coupons for another discount next time. I will be returning for my next oil change!

Spend 1 1/2 hours in the line and not get any service for switch tires because they're not making switch tires without rims

I am very impressed with the service received today 2023.03.24 at the location 5223 Dundas St they were very professional and went through each step and cost before doing anything. They made recommendations before proceeding but did not push just advised and if I agreed they went ahead. I definitely will be returning for my next oil change and services .

It was ok. They were fast. However I paid $117 for an oil change on my sedan. My last oil change for the same vehicle 6 months ago was $67 elsewhere. Live and learn, I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Amazing service received tonight. First time at VIP Lube on Goulet (Winnipeg) and am impressed. Both staff were professional, friendly, courteous with our kids in the car. The water and juice boxes are a nice touch!

I drove in for an oil change on my new Santa Cruz March 1As I exited the engine totally failed leaving me stranded in the middle of the road. I did my due diligence through Oakville Hyundai to find the cause of the engine failure. It was discovered that VIP Lube failed to remove the new oil drain plug from the inside of the new oil filter. The drain plug got sucked into the engine and caused complete engine failure. VIP Lube head office in Winnipeg is refusing to return any of my phone calls, texts or emails , which to me ,is they're refusing to take any responsibility. I called the Burlington location and the manager tells me he can't help either. I've been without a vehicle since March 1.This is my experience with VIP Lube Burlington. I'm without a vehicle and facing thousands of dollars in repairs at my own expense. Not to mention all the mental anguish I've been subject to until repairs are completed , hopefully in a few more weeks.UPDATEOwner refuses to communicate via text ,email or phone.2 months latter and still without a vehicle.VIP Head office washed there hands of the situation.BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!!!All smiles until something goes wrong then you're on your own.IS IT WORTH IT ? Up to you to decide if you're willing to gamble with your vehicle. I gambled and lost big time.Shame ! Shame ! Shame ! Good thing I believe in karma because it's coming your way VIP Lube.
