I love Burger King everywhere else but not the Winkler location. Twice in a row, the orders were wrong and today's was very wrong despite having to ask for the correct items a few times. The two Whoppers were completely wrong once we got home and checked. The online app is almost useless here as well. Too bad. I love the food but not today.

I like the food. Perfect treat food. Lol. When in need of a treat this is my go-to place. Personnel are polite and efficient. Not sure what happened this time around when I ordered through my app... I seem to have to update my card and it freezes. The card issue I believe might be an issue with the pay app that I use. Having said that app froze today and through that it got the wrong combo ordered. Was having a bad day and this just upset me a lot. More than it normally would have or should have. Congrats on getting a good pass on the inspection. Also I apologize for the frustration when I phoned in. Thank you for baring with me.

Cannot order the deal I wanted that was shown on their in store TV menus, so I ordered a deal advertised on a physical sign in the store itself. Was told they’re out of stock (so then remove the sign? They kept it shown by the time I left.) They also don’t accept Burger King app offers. Interesting business move. As they are the only BK in the extended area, I can only assume they don’t care and this will continue. You got my first visit, but not a second one.

Michael, the shift supervisor, has served us several times. We are able to order Crisp Fries done to perfection. It was not necessary to explain it the second time. The coupons were a wonderful incentive. The coffee is as good as any in town (Winkler).

Burgers were good for a fast food place. If it isn’t busy you get your food in a few minutes. Will gladly go again.

I get it , they just opened, but the service is pathetic. Tons of people in the back but no one up front half the time. Saw some of the staff just hanging out and talking while there was no one helping with the line of people that had been waiting for a good while alreadyUpdate: went back almost a month later and it’s still the same. I understand if they’re understaffed and need everyone in the back but even just having a bell at the front people could ring would help

I come here as often as I can for drive thru. I always get the Impossible Whopper, fries, and drink. Never disappointed. There is actually CHAR on the patty, which is rare for veggie burgers! It’s just really good, and the service is very kind. I will continue to return.

Great place!! I would say it’s just about better than McDonald’s, the burgers are pretty good I mean I’ve only been here twice but this place is definitely one of the top on my list to go. And the price I’m amazed it’s pretty good!! Can’t wait to go again!!
