Artisan Spa

Felt welcoming. Did both pedicure and manicure and was our first experience doing this. Was a cold day and we were offered warm refreshments.Visits are by appointment either in person or by phone

I have been going to Artisan Spa for a couple of years now and Surinder never fails me when she does my eyebrows. Highly recommend!

Do NOT go here!! I've had many manicures in my life but none as bad as this one. Just please take a look at the photos I attached and know that this took them 3hrs. I'm in shock that this place has good reviews. To start I told her I want to keep the length of my nails and then immediately as I just finished my sentence she clipped one of them. I didn't want to be rude and thought she didn't hear me so i let her continue. I told her I wanted to round the edges and most of my nails are now slanted. She brought out some really old nail tools in a tissue and basically scraped my cuticles, it was painful. Out of the many manicures and pedicures I've had, I have never had anyone do that. I wish I got up and left but I was trying to be nice and was hoping they would fix it or do something. The owner herself even saw and said everything looks great... it has been 2 weeks since I was there and my cuticles still haven't healed properly. I asked for a simple white manicure that somehow they messed up. Not only was the polish clumpy and expired looking but they added thinner into the polish right in front of me. TWICE!! Even though it still wasn't good they kept applying it. They also dried the polish not with UV but with an air dryer. After it took them an hour to do the manicure I had to sit there for 2 more hours not moving or touching anything. Normally I don't write reviews but i'm so shocked by my experience that I really feel the need to warn people. DO NOT GO HERE!

Very professional staff, clean, and a good value. Feeling very relaxed after couples massage and facials. Reasonable prices. We will be coming back soon!

Just received a deep cleansing facial with microdermabrasion, and I feel so good! Surinder really knew how to take care of my skin and provide a relaxing facial. Definitely recommend this spa, and will come again for sure!

I had booked appointment for 2 today at 5:30 pm. I had asked them if it’s not possible, then don’t book me in. They did book and I went there today and was closed. Their website clearly says open until 7 pm but nobody answered my call. Very disappointed as they did not even call me in advance to let me know. If I could put less than 1 star I’d have done that. If they’d told me in advance I could’ve gone elsewhere. I’m sure you guys will come up with some justification to twist this the other way around, well before you do that check with your staffs and call records and then you’ll know I was right. Very disappointed with this incident, I will make sure that I don’t recommend your place even by accident. You wasted two individuals time and effort. I hope you become more responsible and not give false promises. Good luck with your business.

Terrible experience, facials are just to say but they were unable to perform even the basics. This is worst I have ever had. Never go here and waste your money. She charged me way too much and also rude behaviour.

We went to this location, and the old lady is so arrogant and unprofessional. Prices are higher as compared to the other locations and also the quality is sub standard. Also she let me waiting longer. The other 5 star ratings, she always requested and begged everyone. Never recommend this to anyone.

It was my first time at the Artisan spa and it was up to my expectations. I felt relaxed after the facial massage.Rose was very courteous and friendly and took good care. Will definitely visit again and will recommend all my friends too. Thank you.
