I always feel very welcome here - the staff is awesome. They took good care to ensure I'd be happy with my glasses (I think I tried on about 30 frames). Dr Scalise is awesome!

I've been going to Iris for several years and have never had an issue. I've always been treated very well. Staff are friendly and knowledgable. It's always a pleasure to go there for my eye exams and for glasses.

Dr. Scalise and her staff are fabulous! They have a beautiful facility with the latest technology for assessing your optic health. Her ability to explain the eye and what is occurring with potential vision issues provides much needed reassurance and prepares you for the future. Highly recommend Dr. Scalise and her staff!

Switched to this clinic about a year ago and my experience has been amazing. I hadn’t been seeing clearly out of my left eye for years because my previous optometrist couldn’t get my contact prescription figured out and didn’t offer any other solutions. One visit with Dr. Scalise and she nailed down my prescription and had me switch the brand of contact lenses I was wearing and I walked out of her office seeing clearly that day. We ended up switching our kids to Dr. Scalise’s care as well and she was so amazing with them- super quick and kept it a completely no stress environment. The staff are also all incredible and super helpful and they have an excellent selection of glasses at an affordable price. 100% recommend!!

I have been a client/patient here for well over a decade. I had a bit of a medical emergency and they fit me in on the same day. Iris West Market Square is ALWAYS kind, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Great deal of respect for the doctors, technicians and staff.

We have been customers at this IRIS location for years and would highly recommend it to others. Dr. Halvorsen is extremely personable and is always happy to answer any questions you might have. Ciara, at the front desk, has been at this location since I can remember and is also excellent at coordinating all of our eye care needs!

I hadn't been to this place in a few years. Warm welcome. I was early for my appointment but I was able to preview some frames in case i needed new ones. Very helpful and knowledgable about stock on hand and recommendations for my facial features.
