re: my Antonlini loveseat.It was a wonderful surprise last night when delivery called and said there had been a cancelation and that my loveseat could be delivered unexpectedly and happily 2 months earlier than expected. I was thrilled, happy and so excited!I have spent my day cuddled and cozied up in my new favorite spot. Loooooving my new beautiful and super comfy loveseat! I purchased tables at the store. The staff put them together and were very helpful in accommodating me picking them up. I would recommend them highly.

Absolute best shopping experience from walking into the store with a friendly greeting and attentive service, all the way to post delivery with a follow up satisfaction call. AB was the best! Patient, flexible and attentive with a sincere desire to help. Quality, construction and design of furniture was unparalleled and came early. Delivery and setup were smooth and done so conscientiously. We are so happy with our new dining set and the experience.

I had to change my review... in store, i still have gotten great service with AB. I ordered a table back in september/ october for my dining room... got it delivered within a few weeks, and it was damaged. I guess people in the factory sanded a spot on the top and re-stained it, but it wasn't even the same color, and there was a huge hole in the leg. Today, February 22nd, i finally got the new replacement table and leg. Delivery guys put it together, and right out of the box, the table was damaged again! Looks like someone tried to glue the edge in the factory. Honestly, im running out of patients. No one takes pride in their work anymore its always a rush. Just beware when buying expensive furniture from Ashley's, the quality isn't the way it used to be.....

I was in recently to purchase a new couch. The service gentlemen were so helpful in showing me my options. I picked a wonderful couch at a great price however it wouldn’t fit into my home as I live in a condo. When I contacted them they immediately accommodated me and helped me choose a new couch. They were wonderful to deal with. The delivery was seamless and fast. I will certainly come here in the future for my furniture needs. Great job guys!

Best customer service I have ever received . They make you feel warm and welcomed the minute you enter the store . AB assisted us with purchasing my daughters bed , and our new sectional and provided the upmost customer service and assistance on our big decision , and purchase . Delivery was also extremely quick bought Sunday delivered Tuesday . The customer service is astonishing by everyone who works at this store . Very satisfied customer . Highly recommend to family , and friends. Just walk into the store you will see for yourself the warm welcoming. I definitely will buy all future furniture products from this store. Customer service goes a long way !!!

Good quality however ordered a coffee table set and a sofa 1 year ago and am still waiting for the coffee table. The sofa and end tables came two months ago.We ordered a sectional two years ago from Ashley ; they sent half of the sectional , and said that the other half would not be available for another 3 months. I sent it back and re ordered a different model. Again , a month later , they couldn’t fulfill it. Ordered another one. That has finally come. Meanwhile , they were paid for. Did get a refund for the sectional, and the other one but my question is … Why offer them in a catalogue , have consumers buy them just to wait over a year with no notice ? Have pushed the delivery dates back a total of 8-12 times.Just curious , what kind of rocks are you guys smoking down there honestly?? get it together.

AB was very helpful when we were looking for a dining room set. We had been looking around for a bit and we're having a hard time finding something that wasn't backordered for months. AB showed us everything they had in stock and arranged for next day delivery. Fantastic service, we will definitely come back next time we need any of furniture!
