Cant say enough about our experience dealing with Pleasantview after the recent passing of my father. We were treated with extreme compassion and professionalism. The staff were wonderful and helped us each step of the way, answering all questions; all our concerns and made this difficult process a much easier experience. The service provided was beautiful and the celebration of life turned out to be a lovely event held in the beautiful facilities right there at Pleasantview. Our guests that attended were so impressed with the beautiful accommodations as well and we as a family would recommend Pleasantview to anyone that is dealing with the passing of their loved ones.

Everyone was very understanding and went above and beyond to help us through the funeral process by answering some strange questions, and being able to answer them and put us at ease. Andrea and Nicole sure know their stuff, and if they haven’t got the answer right away to a question you might have they will research until they find it, and notify you a.s.a.p! Extremely helpful staff. Tim and Sean were great to work with; very patient and understanding. Every aspect of internment available at Pleasantview. It's nice that you can do everything in one place if you want to. I would highly recommend Pleasantview Funeral Home.

The funeral director showed compassion for our family when dealing with pre planning of all funeral arrangements that my mother made back in 2017.All arrangements that my mother had made was made very clear to our family. We did not have to worry about a thing .The funeral director and staff took care of all arrangements.

Tim and his team made the family’s difficult time manageable. We had a death of a family member out of province and Tim partnered with a local funeral home and managed all the necessary steps to allow us to bring our loved one home with no issues whatsoever.

I feel comfortable in Pleasant view. I have gone through many funerals here, (sad to say), and every experience was made to make the grieving feel comfortable...the staff is very pleasant easy going and every professional all at the same time...I am looking forward to making my final home here at Pleasant view.

I had 2 heavy hitting losses within 2 months of each other, and met with Rachel both times—I asked for her specifically! Words cannot express how grateful I was to have such a caring and supportive soul help me through these difficult arrangements. I was able to say goodbye to my angels as well as pick out commemorative pieces for myself and my family for their memory to live on. Pleasantview made planning effortless and stress free. Thank you so much for everything! I do hope not to come back for a while though, you understand :)

An update from my last review. I attended a funeral here on Saturday December 10th. The staff at Pleasantview were very respectful and showed a tremendous amount of compassion. I would like to give a special thank you to Barb. Pleasantview is very fortunate to have an employee like you. Thank you.My wife and I have been to Pleasantview funeral home and cemetery two times to pre plan our final arrangements. Our experience there has been nothing short of exceptional. Our pre planner Maria DiPalo-Alexander was helpful,  informative and compassionate. She made a stressful experience, easy and comfortable. Maria was also very accommodating when we had decided to change certain arrangements we had already made. We never felt rushed, and she took plenty of time to listen and understand our needs. She was personable, friendly, and had a great sense of humour. I would highly recommended her for your final arrangements. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and there were plenty of options for us to choose from.

My husband died 5 months ago. Pleasantview staff were wonderful. They were gentle professional and sensitive. I truly appreciate their handling of a difficult situation. Thank you!
