Since the store is under new management the customer service is horrible. I was a loyal customer for five years. And when my tv stopped working they sent me an extremely dirty one. Management said he cleaned it when I showed him pics he insisted that he cleaned it. They r not like they use to be. I stopped my contact with them and followed old manager to easy home. Better prices better service

About 5 years ago my partner and I purchased a bedroom suite with Aaron's Kingston. The entire experience was great - from purchase to delivery, customer service was exceptional, prices were great and we are still enjoying the same suite as much as the day we bought it. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Aarons for my upcoming purchase as your website is IMPOSSIBLE for your Canadian customers. It only allows for the input of Zip Codes, not Postal Codes, which in turn makes comparison shopping with other companies a nightmare. Companies such as MDG and Easy Home have Canadian friendly websites, and I was disappointed that Aaron's had not followed is step.

I have had to aid friends here a couple of times. I find the prices a bit high and the day I was last in they had a transaction issue so I had to come back at a later time. The staff were easy to deal with and I see the idea as being a useful tool thankfully I have established credit so I don't have to personally use them as an option.

I've dealt with Arons for years and always treated with understanding.. My son and I both had furniture from themMy son passed with just under a year left and they said not to worry and they wrote off what I owed .owed to eliminate added stress. I wouldn't go anywhere els.

After waiting for a year, I finally got my out of box bedroom set and the quality is garbage. It looks nice just don't put anything on the furniture because the low quality top coat comes right off. Now, I'm hesitant to call because I'm given attitude and denial. I used to love this place. Not anymore.

Don't ever sign up to be a reference they will keep calling you if the person is late! So much for it being just a reference.
