Staff is pleasant but always try to over charge you. I have gone there numerous times and always quoted way more than another post office near by.

It actually opes at 9.00, but no one changed the hours of operation online.

I this unbelievable yet true review I have updated the latest fiasco of failures from Canada Post. This unprofessional company with its incompetent workforce is a completely broken unaccountable tax payer money pit that fully deserves to be shut down permanently. As a perfect example of complete utter failure; I am currently waiting on a big heavy computer that came all the way from California thru customs to Canada with no issues whatsoever until it went out for the final leg of the delivery" via a Canada Post employee on a truck just 20 KMs away from my house in a major Canadian city. That was 10 days ago and it still says its out for delivery. No updates since that first day. After a week of waiting I started to call Canada post daily to no avail. I have created 3 separate tickets and all went absolutely no where. The third ticket was supposedly for a higher up investigation from an "SRS agent" that i was assured would call me back within 3 days. After waiting this additional 3 days I received no call so I then call Canada Post again myself only to find out the original Canada post operator had filed it wrong so it was closed. Can Canada post do more wrong to their customers than this i wonder aloud? After holding for 45 minutes further I speak to yet another " investigator" who again tells me they will investigate and call me back within 3 working days. Its the weekend so really that means another 7 days in fact. Unless of course Canada Post filed this wrong as well - very likely given past performance - then to the back of the line I will go again. Bottom line Canada post drops the ball at every turn humanly possible

2019 until now 2023 Canada Post note same Before they are very lazy Some of them they do wrong, didn't have any experience many people they lost package and they sand to different books

They moved across the street, from old building (59) to new smaller ground floor (58) but service remains great!

I have no idea why this place has received past bad reviews. The person who gave me service might have been impersonal, but he was knowledgeable and efficient. There was no wait to drop off my package.The place is small but quite clean.They even have a change room to try on clothing received via package.
