Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Best place in Moncton for your vaping needs. They have a rewards program, where in which with just your phone number, your purchases are tracked and you can earn in-store credit.

The store has great selection of products, its clean and spacious. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit of pain ( especially in a large vehicle)The sales associate was friendly, but wasn't very knowledgeable and it took a lot of questions and prodding to finally get the product I was trying to find.The store was fairly crowded and the line was long ( could have been the time of day ) so another staff member would have been helpful. Overall it's a nice place to shop, and I was able to get what I needed.

I went for some troubleshooting help and left with 4 new fully charged batteries and a free battery case. They took the time to make sure everything in my vape was working and added a bonus case for my old batteries. Not to mention, they fully charged their batteries before selling them to me and made sure I understood exactly what I was buying. :)

Awesome place for vaping products. I have been purchasing from here for 3 years now and have always received good service and products.I do wish that the staff knew a little bit more about the products and options available on the market cause sometimes their knowledge is a bit lacking.Keep up the good work guys!

The customer service provided by the amazing employees is outstanding. I live in Saint John, but I wait until I am in Riverview every few weeks to visit Vape City for all my vaping needs.They have a great selection of products, but most importantly, the staff is knowledgeable and more than willing to help with any questions.Any vape shop I have visited in Saint John, and others in Moncton, make you feel like a nuisance and are interrupting whatever it is they are doing.Keep up the great work employees of Vape City. People notice great service.
