the pub is very nice but the cold beer and wine on the side , the guy that works there should probably not be in the service industry hes always making rude comments or lying about the debit machine not working i walk an extra 2 blocks out of my way to not have to deal with his bullshit...

The staff here is amazing. So nice and friendly. They go out of their way to say hello and set up product.The pricing here is a but higher than most places in town. But it is in the hotel district.The product selection is seriously limited and shelves are always empty, with no product to put in.Very poor management. One time met the manager, not friendly or helpful.4 stars because the staff deserve 10.The product selection deserves zero and price a 2.Hopefully the hotel fixes these 2 areas, as their team is great and can upsell.

Visiting town and decided to support a local store, never have I experienced such terrible service. The gentleman working the till (and I use that word to be polite) was far from helpful and assumed that the group staying in the hotel would be causing trouble.

Came in about a month ago. Wanted to bye one tall boy of Coors after work to bring with me to my buddies. Normally the service is ok but the older Asian lady, glasses and skragely tooth refused to sell me one beer. She said ; 'u face red. U drunk'. In real life I had just showered after work so maybe my face was flushed. Unlike other nationalities a red face doesnt mean drunk necessarily..... only bad experience I've had there. Hope not to see her again
