Very nice staff, although my daughter was told she couldn't get a packet of hot chocolate from the lobby one time. Not a big deal really as we were there for a hockey tournament and there was 500 other girls probably wanting hot chocolate. I just went down and grabbed one for her without issue. The pool is warm and the water slide is fun. Sadly, there is no hot tub, so that was a bit of a Downer. Breakfast had no waffles or pancakes because the machine was never replaced when the old one broke down. Had a few hot items like eggs and bacon or sausage. Cereals but had no milk and very limited yogurt or fruits due to shortages. The staff seem quite nice and try there best with what seems to be shortages all around. Towels, milk, breakfast items etc...but they try their best and try to help out as many people as they can given a challenging circumstance.

It's a quite hotel until the hockey teams start coming through town on weekends at that point get use kids constantly running and screaming in the hall as well as playing floor hockey... they have a pool water slide and gym as well free breakfast in the morning starting at 5am

Hotel was nice, location was perfect for my business trip. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Only complaints I have was upon first checking in I made it all the way to the second floor where my room was and the key card would not work so had to go all the way back down to get it redone. Annoying when your carrying all your stuff. Also after one night's stay at around 8:30 am housekeeping knocked once and just walked into our room unannounced. This creeped my wife out that someone would just walk into our room unannounced. Most times I stay they would knock twice and if they don't hear a response they would say out loud housekeeping then come in not just walk right into your room.

Super friendly staff. Room and washroom are bit on the small side but I guess it is in the name. Love the pool and slide especially the slide doesn't o directly into the pool which makes it so much safer for families with young kids. The hotel, pool and gym are all very clean. Breakfast was good, they changed it every day so not eating the same thing over and over. Check in & check out were easy and quick and at check out the lady at the reception made sure that we had a good stay and wants to hear any improvements that could made it better. Even gave kids chips and bottle water for the drive home. The friendly staff made the stay that much better. Would stay there again.

Overall hotel is clean with somewhat . friendly staff. Room was reasonably priced and clean. Breakfast was good. The problem lies with the “Pet Friendly “. They charge 25.00 per night. No area for designated for dogs to do their business, not poop bags supplied, no treat bags…..just give us 25.00 per night. We have travelled a lot with our little Yorkie and pet friendly means they make your pet feel welcomed. This hotel just felt like a money grab.Then we came back in the evening to discover our room had not been cleaned.We will not be booking here in the future

Internet is extremely terrible. They refuse to acknowledge that and act like it's working fine, the front desk receptionist literally said wifi work fine on my phone" when I called them to complain. Breakfast menu is also horrible."

Booked months in advance for a hockey tournament. They ran out of breakfast food the first day! There was no drinks for the kids at breakfast just water tea and coffee as the juice machine was broke down, also the manager was unable to wrangle up their managerial skills and go buy some for the kids. The lounge is an absolute joke, the bartender on shift was unsure how to mix drinks, so our choices were beer in a can or beer in a can. They do have draft beer but that was also broke down. My suggestion is check in elsewhere if you are in town for sporting events, the hotel and manager are unable to handle that volume of people. P.S. there was no discount offered even though you paid for the continental breakfast and there was none to be had the first day.

If you smoke dont go here. Was told smoking isnt even aloud on the property, by theanager even outside the building. Felt discriminated against.The staff, pool, room, breakfast was all superb. The manager went out of his way and made an exception for my visa debit that they normally dont accept and charged me $400 as a deposit. It was well appreciated because I had prepaid online, and would not have gotten my money back if they had refused to let me use my visa debit instead. I made sure i picked up all the garbage and bagged it and made sure the room was not overly messy for the cleaning staff. When I checked out they had someone check the room and the front desk staff was told the room was good and to refund my deposit. Shortly after I had left I received a call from the manager saying he was disappointed because the room smelled of smoke and they would have to deep clean the room. I did NOT smoke in the room, I went out several times through the night and smoked in my vehichle. I explained this to him. He said regardless that it didnt matter that i had smoked outside and had brought the smell in with me with the fresh air. He said the hotel was a very non-smoking property"

We forgot a much loved item behind at the hotel and a staff member (Evelyn) personally mailed it home to us in her free time! They were also very kind, understanding and accommodating for our hockey team and didn’t treat us as a nuisance as most hotels do.

One staff member needs some hospitality training, but the rest were fantastic. The food in the lounge was terrible, don't do it. You're better off throwing something in the microwave, because that's what it tastes like on their end. Bring your own pillow, the ones here are very thick!No hot tub, just a heads up since I missed that one.
