These guys were awful. They were rude and very unprofessional. At one point they looked at a pest trap I had set up and returned it upside down like they really had no clue what they were doing. They said I didn't have any cockroaches at all in my apartment yet told the building manager that I was infested? Sounds pretty scammy to me. The guy who seemed to be in charge had a chip on his shoulder and was pretty rude. I've lived here a long time and had two previous companies who were professional and kind confirm that my abode is clean and cockroach-free. Integral Pest Services seems pretty unprofessional. Their site could do with some proofreading too as it comes across as pretty amateur. Seems they're better suited to do housing and not apartment buildings. I ended up hiring a different company to do the job as I had no confidence in this pest service. Clean up your act, guys.

Kyle of Integral Pest Services handles the monthly maintenance program at a residential rental building I manage in Kitsilano and is also my go to pest control person for any pest issue that comes up at another large residential rental property I manage in the downtown West End.Whether it's wasps, moths, stink bugs, mice, or any other pest, Integral Pest Control has always handled every pest issue to my satisfaction.My experience with Integral Pet Control's service has always been excellent and top notch service.I find Integral Pest Control very responsive and always on time for scheduled work. The pest control work performed is always thorough and well done. Every technician I've dealt with is very professional. And all services are great value.Kyle is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I really appreciate Kyle's way around people, specifically my residential tenants.As a building manager, it is important to me that any service contractor that I use that is going to be servicing tenant occupied suites and interacting with tenants of my buildings has to be professional, trustworthy, and have excellent interpersonal & customer service skills. This is one area of many where I really find Integral Pest Services excels.We've been using Integral Pest Services for years and will continue to so. I would highly recommend.

Kyle is knowledgeable and pretty helpful. He is flexible to accommodate my schedule. When I first search for the service of pest control, I was very much frustrated by most of the businesses who could only let me leave a message. But Kyle is different. He answered the call right away and spent the time explaining things to me. I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. I definitely will recommend his service to friends.

This company have done the inspection and treatment in large building I live in. They may even have done a good job but have been informed by tenants that their report is being misused by property management in order to extort money from tenants. Integral have reported that 10 units did not compiled with treatment instructions but 50 units have been back charge for treatment and received eviction notices. Tenants informed them that shady practices are employed with the support of their report and asked for thir support, they have shown no interest in responding to communication or finding out what is actually going on, instead called victims dirty words and tried to discredit reviews by saying this person did not use our service". Well now that 50 units are billed for your services

I came here to post a review and just noticed that Kyle Downey, Director of Integral Pest Services gave himself a 5-star review. Ashish Batra, who just wrote that glowing review for his boss, is a Pest Control Technician with the company. I think that basically speaks volumes as to the company's integrity, or lack thereof. Isn't this against Google's Terms of Service as a conflict of interest? Why, yes it is. To say I had a bad experience with this company would be an understatement.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle took the time to find the root cause of the problem and providing adequate solutions to help our situation. Will definitely recommend and use Integral Pest Services again.

I'm a strata manager and we struggled a bit finding the right fit for a 150 unit townhome complex with mice, moles and other issues. Integral has done a great job there. I find them thorough and responsive.

My husband and I had acted as building managers for over 20 years before we retired. We have had the good fortune to work with some of the best pest control services across Canada. So we were quite surprised at the poor quality service we received from Integral Pest Services. They were unfriendly and unprofessional. Their services are cheap, which is why we originally called them. But in the end, we decided to pay a little more for a higher quality service provided by true professionals. We also found them to be dishonest. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

Integral Pest Services technicians are disrespectful and not professional at all. Our building has been battling roaches for longer than I have lived here which is almost 19 years. My wife and I both are classed as PWD (Persons with Disabilities), my wife more severe than mine. And when I approached the techs in the hallway just before they came into our apartment to request 3 things: 1. masks; 2. boots (both of which we would have provided) and 3. that only one person at a time enter our apartment instead of all 3 -- they were quick to deem us as non-compliant" to get us in trouble with our building owner.
