Caliber Air Repair Furnace and Duct Cleaning

I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Air. Melissa and Austin were delightful, professional, respectful and friendly! I appreciated the courtesy call beforehand, and they were awesome with my new puppy, who was excited, but also nervous about the equipment. I love having the before and after images as well! In addition to all of the above, I especially appreciated being able to make payments on the invoice, since it was a bit difficult for me to pay in one lump sum. This will be my go-to for any future cleaning!

We hired caliber to do our home air duct cleaning. We were very unsatisfied with the work ethic and unsatisfactory job that they did in our home. This was hard to believe after there are lots of good reviews of the company.I feel however the company must’ve changed hands or workers for this to have happened because there’s no way this job was done right.The next day I called the operator from the company and told him everything I’m putting in this complaint, and he refunded me $75, however I was hoping that he would’ve refunded it all as I requested.Put in a complaint with the BBB wanting refunding for all the bill.It took me a whole day afterwards to clean up the mess they left ...don’t think their machine did anything but blow more dust around our house. Also furniture was left pulled out and they Didn’t clean up after them selves.(Debris left in and around all the vents as they put cardboard cut outs over the vents and they just blew off with the air pressure, making a mess of debris and dust.)After looking into things afterwards the average air duct cleaning from a proper operator and helper takes three hours... they were in and out in 1.5 hours or less. Very rushed and their job reflected on this.The next day Vacuumed all the vents and had stuff being sucked up by the vacuum... this made me conclude that their job did absolutely nothing ...a expensive bill for nothing. Will have to hire another company to redo their work.

This guys were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, great phone mannerisms (which is hard to find now a days.) No surprises on the bill, and for air duct cleaning very reasonable price point. We checked about 7 places that worked in the Saskatoon area, they were the cheapest and were very quick to get back to us for a quotes.

Very impressed overall with the job that was done. Highly recommend.
