As an employee what I experienced is that the HR manager as well as the owner of the company only used to discriminate hardworking people because the supervisor who is the relative of the owner used to give shifts to their friends and family. There was no respect for people who put in hard work for the company. I had proves of the discrimination I was facing and showed it to the owner but he was never ready to listen. He always used to support the discrimination I always faced by the supervisor. I also got threats from the guy that he would not give me shifts because of the fact that I raised my voice.
