Went into the store with my partner to only look at some beds. We were greeted early on by Catherine G. She's professional, personable and even went to so far to ask if we wanted her to wear a mask while she helped if it made us more comfortable.With her assistance and knowledge, we were able to purchase our new bed! She has been amazing helping us throughout the entire process.

I received an excellent service at that store May 28 th 2023 from Leiam. In addition I got many discounts. The personal was very courteous and no pressure. I won’t hesitate to go back to buy an other mattress, pillow or sheets.

Paid $ 1500 out of pocket to get the worst delivery service possible. Talk about lack of professionalism and respect, and if you're a young femme, you'll feel harassed. Also, if you expect to get a payment plan and their tablet glitches, to bad so sad you can apply for 6 months.

My husband and I had a good buying experience at the Innes Road store in ottawa. SukiMarwaha was amazing! We have had 2 wonderful sleeps on our new mattress! Thank you Suki for doing such a careful job with us.

What's up with the rude delivery men? Toxic much?The purchase itself is absolutely amazing although the delivery service was a bit off-brand to what was agreed to at the point of sale. The third-party delivery personnel showed up hours before the timeframe that THEY had estimated/provided. Apart from being blatantly rude, they were hesitant and pretty much denied to deliver the queen mattress + bed frame to the room even though that was promised by sleep country. They claimed that it was impossible to fit the mattress through the stairs. Even though we had movers move in an entire spare queen bed within the same hour. So they were clearly untrained or unprepared or unwilling to their job.Thanks to the movers who were present at the time, the delivery men were able to bring in the bed and install follwing their (movers') directions. Pheww.Recently we noticed that the bed frame wasnt stable enough and we realized that the legs installed on the underside of the bed were not adjusted to touch the floor!Overall, a great purchase but the delivery + set up calls for some improvement.

If I could give a -10 star I would. On March 25, 2022 I purchased a mattres at this location. I already had a bad experience with the previous purchase and I should NEVER go back to any Sleep Country location. When time came to honour the warranty on the 1st set, Sleep Country refused unless I paid for a technician to come over my house to inspect the mattress. This was despide the fact that when I purchased the 1st set, the salesman sworn that if I purchased all the extras, I would not be paying any fees to have the warranty honored. Now going forward to Mar 25, 2022. The present salesman told me that the 1st salesman was not supposed to do that an appologized for what the prevous salesman did. Thus, was the point of the appoligies when Sleep country scammed for hundreds of extra dollars I didn't have to pay. The salesman was very good and gave me all type of promisses. I purchased a mattress. Before leaving the store, he provided me with his business card and assured me: Anything! and I mean anything goes wrong with the delivery of your new mattress, call me. I will take care of you. The day I recieved the mattress it arrived damaged. I called the salesman right away. He never returned my called. I called the 2nd day and left a 2nd voice message for the salesman. Today is now April 4, 2022 and nobody from this location ever called me back. Then, dealing with customer service via emails was as useless and frustating as leaving voice messages for the salesman. I admit, I was a fool for having purchased a sencond mattress form Sleep Country. I mistake I will never do again. Hopefully my experiences helps others not to make the same mistake. You'll be better off paying an extra couple of dollars but get better service from another company.

I was in today to purchase a twin bed for my little girl. Suki, the sales lady, was more than helpful, kind and hilarious! Great experience, nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended. :)

I had come to Sleep Country when the lockdown ended because I did not like the original mattress that I purchased. Right when I walked in, I met Suki. WOW is she amazing! She invested a ton of time with me and made sure to walk me through my options and the proper ways to test the mattress out to increase the likelihood that I would love it when I got it home. Not only that, but she taught me about my sleeping environment and the proper bedding and sheets to get that would help keep me cool at night. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient and I was very grateful to her for everything she did to make my mattress exchange experience top notch! Sleep Country is lucky to have Suki! :)
