Bounce'N'Play II

3 stars because I can not say how the play area was inside. I arranged to meet my friend at this playplace as it was by her house, and the official website advertised a 9am open. I drove almost an hour to get there to find out they weren't even open. When you call, the call gets redirected to a random voice-mail that does not state it has any affiliation with the playplace. The official website needs to be updated, as most people go off those hours over what Google says. Especially because anyone can try to change the hours on Google.

Front desk wasn’tfriendly nor helpful. The place was very dirty, dusty, I did not feel comfortable to let my kids play around there. Not a lot of option to play and very dark.Ended up leaving less than an hour.

Not worth the money. My daughter hit her head they did not even pay attention or have ice to give to her. The woman was on the phone. Was very dirty and expensive if I had to pay full price I would have asked for my money back. I would not come back. I do not recommend this play center. Do not waist your money to come here.

We hosted my child’s birthday party there and found the place clean and staff quiet friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to order Gino pizza through them. It was a terrible pizza and felt like we were eating cardboard. Wish they would work with a different pizza chain.

This is an excellent place for private parties upto 60 people in Jungle Room. All kids fun play is available. Food & Drinks are available in the package.Maji, Raheim & Team are working hard to keep guests happy and listen to requests. Booking was easy and everything was pre-planned before arrival.Definitely recommend this place.

I came here after purchasing a Groupon deal. There are two connecting rooms. It's spacious enough for my 3 kids. Activities for toddlers (hands on toys, phones, ride on cars etc), younger children (smaller slides and play castles), older children too (bouncy castles, jungly gym). And a whole lot of seating area to eat or rest.I had the some of the impression as the other reviews about the cleanliness when I walked in. Could use some deep cleaning but its hard to do that on kids stuff when ur avoiding chemicals... it isn't something to fuss about, there was not any dust, crumbs or trash on the floors or corners.Thanks for giving me some much needed calm, and my kids a nice space to play in the winter months.Bathrooms so nearby and clean are a huge bonus.There is also kitchen sinks in both rooms so I can easily refill water bottles.There's also tv with remote access and a coffee station if parents need to host parties here lol.

Went on weekday was okay for kids not bad. Weekend they didn't allow kids to join due to some party. Apparently it is typical for them to close on the weekend for drop ins. If they post that information online and are transparent about it then I be okay.

Celebrated my sons first birthday party there. We’ve had a wonderful time. Nice place, very clean, staff are very helpful and super nice. The price is very good compared to any other indoor playground in the area. It’s a private party and it feels like home.

Had a birthday party there and let me tell you nothing went the way it was suppose to be, why have a contract we pay a lot of money for these rooms and your contract is misleading, #1 FIX YOUR CONTRACT #2 unlimited pop water etc means a case of 12 (had to run to the store because I didn’t have enough pop water because I was told I would have it included in my package)#3 sandwiches as stated on the contract deli meats (40) which was included in my price I got 22 and was told it was tuna and egg instead of Italian and was charged an extra $18 if I wanted the deli meats when it was suppose to be included #4 no balloons (also included in contract) was called 1 hr before the party stating no balloons and offered to give more juice boxes oh and the best paid for an extra hr $140 and spent the whole hr arguing with the owner (over the phone) because she didn’t care that what her contract stated and what was given was 2 different things, moral of the story I have had a lot of birthday parties at other play places this was by far the worst experience ruined my daughters birthday! Must say though the 2 staff members at the front were very apologetic and understanding owner on the other hand another story! no what’s funny is you respond to a review right away but when I need to talk to you no where to be found ! Close up shop and do yourself a favour - you don’t stand a chance with the competition out there … #disguting !

Had my daugher’s birthday today and I had a very good experience the place was clean, we were able to come in earlier to set up. Food was good and everyone had a great time. Thanks
