DO NOT GET PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE, THEY WILL GET REJECTED. The photo centre is now located in the back of the electronics department. It's not a suitable place for taking passport photos. Mine were rejected for multiple reasons and are now in the trash. They did offer to reshoot them, but I'm not willing to have another delay in getting passports.

Person taking pictures doesn't really know how to take pictures. They have no idea of proportionality in pictures. They won't even retake the picture.

Way over priced passport photos, $30 for 1 set of passport photos. They say because they are guaranteed but Staples does them for $14 and they are also guaranteed. Also very pushy.

Had the guy working try and argue with me about my service dog. Told me that my service dog can’t come in where they actually take the pictures. Pointed out it’s a service dog not a pet. He still argued at which point I asked for a manager and so he texted a manager who told him it was fine. But to have to argue for 10 minutes before he would contact his manager? Come on people it’s 2020 not 1920 try to keep up. Very disappointed as it ruined my day

Do not come here. I worked here for a total or 16 hrs. They trick you into buying things, tell you that that is ‘really the cheapest bundle’ when there are FAR less cheaper bundles and they lie to you and tell you your passport photos will take 10-15 mins to upload. To get you in the back for a photo shoot. Also the customers SUCK. Ignorant, entitled, and be little you. Managers, didn’t even have one. They were so disorganized they didn’t find one before the old one left. Expected 3 days of training to be enough. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. For work, or to go and get anything done. $29.99 for a passport photo? Go to shoppers for the $12 please.
