I was dreading having our heating/cooling system looked at but the whole experience with CIG was really positive. They booked us an appointment as quickly as they could and Paul, the technician was great. Straight forward, no BS and a pleasure to deal with.We have a condo in a building that has had a LOT of issues with heat exchangers and we've heard some horror stories of other owners' experiences, trying to get them repaired or replaced.We have two units in our condo. One sounded like it is running rather loud and we wanted to make sure it was healthy, the other was not running at all. We just had Paul from CIG Heating and air Conditioning come in. He confirmed that the first unit was fine (but yes the compressor is a bit on the loud side) and the second unit just needed to be reset. He said that it was likely due to a power surge. In hindsight, it was right around the time of the tornado and the power outage that the system stopped working. Whether there is a connection or not, I'm not sure.I would highly recommend this company.

Steve and Eric are awesome. They went above and beyond to fix my issue as well as taking the time to explain everything to me and making sure I felt comfortable. They were very courteous, competent and just genuinely nice people.

I am very happy with the service provided by CIG Heating and Air Conditioning. Their customer service is excellent , the pricing is very reasonable, and the technician did a great job cleaning my HVAC. I was also really pleased that they were able to schedule someone so quickly!! I will definitely being using their services again to maintain the cleaning of my HVAC system and would highly recommend to others!!
